This freshly built 4-person retreat features two cozy bedrooms with flexible box-spring beds, a sleek bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The open-plan kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, and combi microwave—perfect for whipping up beachside meals. Relax in the bright living area with a Smart TV or unwind outdoors in your private garden with a furnished terrace.

Four-legged friends are warmly welcomed here, and there’s no shortage of pet-friendly experiences! Let your dog run free along Nieuwvliet Beach (off-leash during early mornings and evenings), or enjoy scenic walks through the Zwin Nature Reserve, where dogs on leashes can explore trails and dunes. Many beach cafés—including Puur Nieuwvliet and De Boekanier—offer dog bowls, snacks, and sunny terraces for humans and hounds alike.

Situated on peaceful Zeedijk, the resort offers easy access to the sand, sea, and surrounding countryside. Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is a brand new resort, at a stone's throw from the small-scale centre of the pleasant seaside resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. The resort is located between the Zeeland polder landscape and the dunes, bordering on nature re reserve De Verdronken Zwarte Polder, not far from the Dutch-Belgian border. The beach is only a 5 to 10-minute walk away.

Nieuwvliet-Bad has a wide beach and is especially popular with families. At low tide, several ponds appear on the beach. This shallow water is great for your children to play in. There are several hiking and cycling routes along the beautiful coast. Also discover nature reserve De Verdronken Zwarte Polder. Especially on foot there's much to see in this 55 hectare nature reserve. You'll certainly meet lots of birds here. The typical Zeelandic Flanders towns of Sluis (12 km) and Cadzand (6 km) can also easily be reached by bike. Here, the Burgundian lifestyle is given great importance. Just over the Belgian border you'll find the mundane coastal resort of Knokke (15 km). Here you'll find luxurious beach bars, designer shops and several restaurants and outdoor cafes. Closer to home there's the town of Breskens (10 km). This is where you can get your daily groceries and some nice fresh fish.

The swimming pool at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is open! The pool has three pools, a spray park and slides for all ages.

Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is a beautiful holiday park in the making, in a wonderful location!

Beach Resort Nieuwvliet Bad is still under construction. For that reason there are no center facilities yet. The center building will be ready by mid-summer 2020 . Until there are, we do everything to provide you with all the conveniences. There is a sandwich service and you can use the facilities and the sports and animation activities of Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad (approximately 3.5 km away) and all facilities of Zeebad (approximately 9 km away).

Due to maintenance work, the pool is closed from Monday 15 November untill Friday 19 November.

The kitchen is fantastic! Fully equipped and even had a combination microwave, perfect for snacks late at night after chilling on the terrace. Free WiFi was also a lifesaver, no doubt.

We had a great stay at the Nieuwvliet Bad Beach Resort. The lodge was modern and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable vacation. The open kitchen was a great feature, making it easy to prepare meals. We especially enjoyed the terrace in the garden, where we relaxed after a day at the nearby Nieuwvliet Bad Beach, just a short walk away. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful coast and enjoying local dining options like Strandpaviljoen St. Pierre. In summary, a great retreat!
