Nice little house in a good holiday park. Everything went well so far. We rented a fenced property, which unfortunately was not completely fenced. Upon inquiry, we were provided with a mobile fence for a deposit. This allowed the dog to run freely. Restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is also easily accessible.

There is a lack of, especially in the living area, the possibility of darkening the windows and thus not letting the sun and heat in. We sometimes had 37 C in the living area, that was almost unbearable. It would also be desirable if insect screens were attached to the windows so that you can ventilate even when there is light, especially when it is so warm. It would be nice if there were cushions for the terrace seating and potholders for the kitchen. We also have the following suggestion: wouldn't it be more ecological if, as in our case, only 2 people use the house, and only put bed linen on 2 x and not for all 6 beds? We also got fresh bed linen 6 times when we changed the bed linen.

We also liked the door code, so we didn't have to pick up a key and take it away again.

In the park of Roompot Nieuwvliet there are different types of lodges and villas in which you can always experience a very quiet, pleasant holiday and the park is close to the sea. The cottages are extremely comfortable and all have their own garden. There is a small supermarket at the park and this is extra handy for when you lack certain things.For larger groceries you can drive to Breskens or Oostburg in 10 minutes and Sluis and Knokke are also a fifteen minute drive away.We strongly recommend this park!

I went to reception and showed them pictures, only the fridge was cleaned afterwards, the couch, which was full of sand and dog owners, was not cleaned, the dishes were dirty and the glasses too. Still we had a good time.

The lodge for 6 people (3 bedrooms) was fine although I think it is very hot in the summer. There are two rooms with 2 single beds (box-spring combination) and 1 room with bunk beds. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine, etc. Also 2 x TV and 1 x Netflix! Plot is a bit small and no privacy due to little vegetation. There is a parking space on the plot. What disappointed us enormously - despite the report on the website - is the construction traffic in the park. There are large blocks on the through route and there is a coming and going of small and large vehicles that and pick up and bring other material. Some drive quietly but others as if their lives depend on it! Our lodge was on the route; from 7:30 am to 4:15 pm so dust and construction traffic throughout our stay. It is not understandable that Roompot does not make any other (free) accommodation available that is NOT on the construction route (?). There was also a lot of green maintenance which caused a nuisance; why no electrical equipment eg instead of noisy petrol mowers and blowers. The park is in a beautiful spot with good walking and cycling routes. Furthermore, almost all facilities are closed and I do not have the impression that they are trying in a creative way to make it more attractive for the guests. For example, it is a bit inconvenient to order a meal via a sticker with a QR code on the inside of a kitchen cupboard (where the WiFi code is located). This could all be a bit better so that you as a guest still have a more pleasant reception, you do not get much discount for the fact that almost everything (restaurant, snack bar, swimming pool) is closed due to Corona ...

It was a beautiful house close to the sea. We could walk to the sea with the dog. Communication between belvilla and roompot was very bad. We have booked with belvilla on a park of roompot. Charges were too high. Before our arrival, I called back home several times and it would be arranged. So they had nothing for each other on arrival. We first had to pay the amount that had been charged too much to creampot and later reclaim it from Belvilla. We are now home and are still waiting for our money (2 weeks ago). We did not pay the amount in advance on arrival, we did not receive the key to our house. The cottage was neat and spacious. Hygiene could be better, when showering the water almost did not drain but there appeared to be a lot of hair in the shower drain (not ours !!). Really pretty nasty. We indicated this when checking out, they would mention it so I hope this improves in the future. Furthermore, had a great time and we were never bored despite corona measures.

The beach resort is beautifully integrated into nature and thus has many opportunities for hiking. Well laid out bridges and marked paths make exploring easier. Despite the size of the park, we lived very quietly and felt comfortable in the house. We really enjoyed being connected to the sea, the long walks on the beach with the opportunity to enjoy a coffee there. The corona measures that were carried out were also appropriate for us. All in all, we'd love to come back. A small bakery near the park was responsible for the physical well-being. We were able to get some very good baked goods there.

Wonderful new park with lovely houses. The houses correspond to the pictures from the Internet. The terraces and gardens are designed so that everyone retains their privacy. The main house with swimming pool was unfortunately not finished, but it didn't bother us too much. The beach is a 5-15 minute walk away, depending on the location of the house. Unfortunately something went wrong when booking, which is why we weren't allowed to take our dog with us ... The park and beach are very dog-friendly. :) Unfortunately, our house (No. 205) with the bedrooms was right next to the garbage and glass containers, which made for very short nights - due to the loud shattering of glass or the popping of the garbage container lids. The containers should have been positioned further away from the residential buildings.

Nice little house in a good holiday home park. Everything went well so far. We rented a fenced property, which unfortunately was not completely fenced. Upon inquiry, we were provided with a mobile fence for a deposit. Thus, the dog could run freely. Restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is also easily accessible.

There is a lack of, especially in the living area, the possibility of darkening the windows and thus not letting the sun and heat in. We sometimes had 37 C in the living area, that was almost unbearable. It would also be desirable if insect screens were attached to the windows so that you can ventilate even when there is light, especially when it is so warm. It would be nice if there were cushions for the terrace seating and potholders for the kitchen. We also have the following suggestion: wouldn't it be more ecological if, as in our case, only 2 people use the house, and only put bed linen on 2 x and not for all 6 beds? We also got fresh bed linen 6 times when we changed the bed linen.

We also liked the door code, so we didn't have to pick up a key and take it away again.

In the park of Roompot Nieuwvliet there are different types of lodges and villas in which you can always experience a very quiet, pleasant holiday and the park is close to the sea. The cottages are extremely comfortable and all have their own garden. There is a small supermarket at the park and this is extra handy for when you lack certain things.For larger groceries you can drive to Breskens or Oostburg in 10 minutes and Sluis and Knokke are also a fifteen minute drive away.We strongly recommend this park!

Dear Betvilla team, we felt very comfortable in your well-kept park. The well-kept, stylish complex is to be emphasized. Our house was functional and comfortably furnished. Clean without the usual wear and tear of many rentals. The technical equipment with gas stove, fridge and freezer, washing machine with dryer is TOP. Fortunately, the property was completely fenced in and locked with a gate. We could let our dog run free in the garden. The terrace very comfortable. despite a certain proximity, the neighborhood does not bother at all. All in all a successful holiday. Thank you very much for that and we would love to come back. Holiday home was very dirty. I went to reception and showed them pictures, only the fridge was cleaned afterwards, the couch, which was full of sand and dog owners, was not cleaned, the dishes were dirty and the glasses too. We then had to clean these things ourselves. The park view is quite nice and located close to the beach. The ordered and paid starter package was not on site, the coffee was missing and the towels that were ordered.

The cottage looks cozy, it is clean and the beds are approved. More kitchen inventory should be available. Now we have to wash the knives and glasses in between because there is not enough of it, or you have to turn on the dishwasher after every meal.

Many windows needed cleaning, bread crumbs in the drawers from the previous guest and a cot was not made on arrival. No 230V socket in the children's room (2 year old house). Still we had a good time.

We had indicated cottage 194 with preference, but what we heard from the reception, you should have booked directly with Roompot and not with Bellvilla. The lodge for 6 people (3 bedrooms) was fine although I think it is very hot in the summer. There are two rooms with 2 single beds (box-spring combination) and 1 room with bunk beds. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine, etc. Also 2 x TV and 1 x Netflix! Plot is a bit small and no privacy due to little vegetation. There is a parking space on the plot. What disappointed us enormously - despite the report on the website - is the construction traffic in the park. There are large blocks on the through route and there is a coming and going of small and large vehicles that and pick up and bring other material. Some drive quietly but others as if their lives depend on it! Our lodge was on the route; from 7:30 am to 4:15 pm so dust and construction traffic throughout our stay. It is not understandable that Roompot does not make any other (free) accommodation available that is NOT on the construction route (?). There was also a lot of green maintenance which caused a nuisance; why no electrical equipment eg instead of noisy petrol mowers and blowers. The park is in a beautiful spot with good walking and cycling routes. Furthermore, almost all facilities are closed and I do not have the impression that they are trying in a creative way to make it more attractive for the guests. For example, it is a bit inconvenient to order a meal via a sticker with a QR code on the inside of a kitchen cupboard (where the WiFi code is located). This could all be a bit better so that you as a guest still have a more pleasant reception, you do not get much discount for the fact that almost everything (restaurant, snack bar, swimming pool) is closed due to Corona ...

It was a beautiful house close to the sea. We could walk to the sea with the dog. Communication between belvilla and roompot was very bad. We have booked with belvilla on a park of roompot. Charges were too high. Before our arrival, I called back home several times and it would be arranged. So they had nothing for each other on arrival. We first had to pay the amount that had been charged too much to creampot and later reclaim it from Belvilla. We are now home and are still waiting for our money (2 weeks ago). We did not pay the amount in advance on arrival, we did not receive the key to our house. The cottage was neat and spacious. Hygiene could be better, when showering the water almost did not drain but there appeared to be a lot of hair in the shower drain (not ours !!). Really pretty nasty. We indicated this when checking out, they would mention it so I hope this improves in the future. Furthermore, had a great time and we were never bored despite corona measures.

The beach resort is beautifully integrated into nature and thus has many opportunities for hiking. Well laid out bridges and marked paths make exploring easier. Despite the size of the park, we lived very quietly and felt comfortable in the house. We really enjoyed being connected to the sea, the long walks on the beach with the opportunity to enjoy a coffee there. The corona measures that were carried out were also appropriate for us. All in all, we'd love to come back. A small bakery near the park was responsible for the physical well-being. We were able to get some very good baked goods there.

Unfortunately something went wrong when booking, which is why we weren't allowed to take our dog with us ... The park and beach are very dog-friendly. :) Unfortunately, our house (No. 205) with the bedrooms was right next to the garbage and glass containers, which made for very short nights - due to the loud shattering of glass or the popping of the garbage container lids. The containers should have been positioned further away from the residential buildings.

Dear Betvilla team, we felt very comfortable in your well-kept park. The well-kept, stylish complex is to be emphasized. Our house was functional and comfortably furnished. Clean without the usual wear and tear of many rentals. The technical equipment with gas stove, fridge and freezer, washing machine with dryer is TOP. Fortunately, the property was completely fenced in and locked with a gate. We could let our dog run free in the garden. The terrace very comfortable. despite a certain proximity, the neighborhood does not bother at all. All in all a successful holiday. Thank you very much for that and we would love to come back. We have been going on holiday in a park for 30 years. I thought this park was one of the most beautiful, cleanest parks ever. The decor of the houses, the center, the pool ... are super beautiful. We were visited by our son with our 1.5 year old grandchild. They enjoyed that day so much. Thank you for giving us this fantastic holiday . It was great!

Holiday home was very dirty. I went to reception and showed them pictures, only the fridge was cleaned afterwards, the couch, which was full of sand and dog owners, was not cleaned, the dishes were dirty and the glasses too. We then had to clean these things ourselves. The park view is quite nice and located close to the beach. The ordered and paid starter package was not on site, the coffee was missing and the towels that were ordered.

The cottage looks cozy, it is clean and the beds are approved. More kitchen inventory should be available. Now we have to wash the knives and glasses in between because there is not enough of it, or you have to turn on the dishwasher after every meal.

Very minimalistic, houses for 6 people but 1 toilet roll on arrival ... 1 potato knife, no proper knife, no oven dish, no dustpan and dustpan. We are used to better. Furthermore, a burn mark on the floor, damaged doors, cobwebs, dirty crockery. The reception solved the latter by giving us a voucher in the restaurant. We will not rent here again.

When we arrived at our holiday home at 4 pm, it turned out that it had not been cleaned. This was immediately rectified when reported to the information desk. After 5 minutes, the cleaning team immediately got to work. Other than that it was a great holiday.

The Roompot park is very new and modern. The staff was friendly. Our vacation home was modern and well equipped. Unfortunately it wasn't as clean as you would expect it to be for the rental price. Many windows needed cleaning, bread crumbs in the drawers from the previous guest and a cot was not made on arrival. No 230V socket in the children's room (2 year old house). Still we had a good time.

Pleasant and nicewoning.Minpunt is that there was no socket in the bedrooms. Since I use a respirator it was not possible to plug it in. Result: sleeping on the couch and buying an extension cable the next day.

The park's location is great, right by the sea. The cleanliness of the holiday home is not particularly good and the opening times for activities in the park are rather limited, 6 p.m. is the end of the day.

The start was bad, the cottage we had booked with preference was not available on arrival. We had indicated cottage 194 with preference, but what we heard from the reception, you should have booked directly with Roompot and not with Bellvilla. So we got another house, the same type, but a different location. Unfortunately, we did not have the privacy we had in house 194 last year. We also tried to reserve a swimming pool, but it was not confirmed. went to eat the restaurant and it turned out to be closed that day. Probably no staff, but that was done secretly. Our conclusion of this park, we do not go here anymore. Far too large park for far too small facilities such as the swimming pool and the restaurant. In the weekends terribly busy. We also went home much earlier disappointed.

We liked our stay very much. Beautiful house, neatly cleaned except for the high windows. They can be cleaned of dust nests once in a while.

Very nicely cared for stay even with the dog. Super clean you will not notice that this is a residence for people and pets. Nicely located in the park also spacious.
