The modern, luxury Nieuwvliet Bad Beach Resort is still under construction.
There are four different types of modern, detached accommodations spread across the resort.
Like the 4-person lodge (NL-4504-23) with one bedroom on the ground floor. The second sleeping area is situated in the first-floor mezzanine. Note that this is not a full-height room and it can only be reached via a steep staircase. Both the living room and the ground-floor bedroom are equipped with a Smart TV. There's a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, both on the ground floor. Outdoors, you'll have a covered terrace with lounge set at your disposal. The lodges are set in the dunes, a 10-minute walk from the beach. The central parking lot has one parking space assigned to each lodge. The lodge is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.
There's also a 4-person villa (NL-4504-24), which has two upstairs bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms on the first floor. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV. Both bathrooms have a shower and one of them has an infrared sauna. A washing machine and dryer complete the picture. There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There's space to park one car right outside your villa.
There's also a 6-person ground-floor lodge (NL-4504-25). This lodge has three bedrooms; two are furnished with two single beds and one is furnished with a bunk bed. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bathroom has a shower too. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV. You'll have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal, as well as a safe for your valuables. There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. You can park your car right outside your villa. There's enough space for two cars.
Finally, there's a 6-person villa (NL-4504-26). This type has one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, both furnished with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There's a washing machine and dryer, an infrared sauna and a garden with a nicely furnished terrace. You can park up to two cars right outside your villa.
All accommodations feature a modern, comfortable and complete interior. The open kitchens are fitted with all modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a combination microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. All beds, apart from the bunk beds, are single box-spring beds, either pushed together in a double-bed setup, or left as two separate beds. All accommodations offer free WiFi.

Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is a brand new resort, at a stone's throw from the small-scale centre of the pleasant seaside resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. The resort is located between the Zeeland polder landscape and the dunes, bordering on nature re reserve De Verdronken Zwarte Polder, not far from the Dutch-Belgian border. The beach is only a 5 to 10-minute walk away.
Nieuwvliet-Bad has a wide beach and is especially popular with families. At low tide, several ponds appear on the beach. This shallow water is great for your children to play in. There are several hiking and cycling routes along the beautiful coast. Also discover nature reserve De Verdronken Zwarte Polder. Especially on foot there's much to see in this 55 hectare nature reserve. You'll certainly meet lots of birds here. The typical Zeelandic Flanders towns of Sluis (12 km) and Cadzand (6 km) can also easily be reached by bike. Here, the Burgundian lifestyle is given great importance. Just over the Belgian border you'll find the mundane coastal resort of Knokke (15 km). Here you'll find luxurious beach bars, designer shops and several restaurants and outdoor cafes. Closer to home there's the town of Breskens (10 km). This is where you can get your daily groceries and some nice fresh fish.
The swimming pool at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is open! The pool has three pools, a spray park and slides for all ages.

Beach Resort Nieuwvliet Bad is still under construction. For that reason there are no center facilities yet. The center building will be ready by mid-summer 2020 . Until there are, we do everything to provide you with all the conveniences. There is a sandwich service and you can use the facilities and the sports and animation activities of Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad (approximately 3.5 km away) and all facilities of Zeebad (approximately 9 km away).
Due to maintenance work, the pool is closed from Monday 15 November untill Friday 19 November.

Neat house and spacious garden, just a pity that the garden has no fence. This is not useful if you have children and a dog with you.

A clean and beautiful park. The cottage was fully equipped with the exception of decent curtains. There are not even curtains on the landing and in the hall. So you have to get dressed completely before you come to or out of the bathroom (with sauna). Furthermore, we cannot think of any downsides. Beautiful park!

The house was fine (furniture, beds, TV, equipment, etc.). And the large enclosed garden certainly met our wishes.What is less was that there was no booklet describing how the devices worked, there were only some loose sheets copied paper on how the oven / microwave worked and that was it. Nothing about the central heating, sauna, dishwasher, etc. Also the amount of glassware and cutlery is very meager, (6 of everything now you have to wash after each meal because otherwise you will not have enough for the next meal. That is also not economical, 3 times a day the dishwasher .. We also missed a carving knife and a potato peeler

The arrival was not good, at the reception no professional impression, was messy and received 2 telephone calls from fellow tenants that the accommodation was not clean ... we were also informed that our accommodation was not yet ready ... ? It was already 3.30 pm and we could go from 3 pm ...? We could already go there .. when we arrived there we opened the door and the bed linen and towels were in the hallway ..? then 10 minutes later a lady was at the door who indicated in poor Dutch that she was not ready yet, and wanted to do this later, where I indicated that I wanted the beds to be made immediately, for which I had also paid extra ... within 5 minutes they were gone ... we were still unloading our stuff from the car ... after half an hour, I walked upstairs and to our surprise it was not clean on the bedroom, dust flakes under the bed and the shower not cleaned .. layers still hair in the shower .., washbasin mirror was still covered in stains ... other bathroom with toilet was reasonably a bit better, however the toilet still had traces of faeces / poo ... the holder of the toilet brush was full of faeces ... the toilet on the ground floor was also not clean and had traces of faeces .. furthermore in the living room a lot of dust flakes and the refrigerator and microwave were not clean. ..reported accordingly however, no response back .. then cleaned it yourself .. for a beach resort with a hefty rental price per week, everything must be in tip-top order .. Furthermore, the environment was very loud, especially in the evening, many young people who were in the morning were loud..construction work we were aware of, however constant construction machine noise and on Tuesday a constant sound of an alarm ... in short, the house itself was fine, but the attention and ambient noise were disappointing ... Please reply on your part, where a positive gesture would be desirable. with

Upon arrival at check-in time of 15h00, the house was not cleaned at all, i.e. dirty washrooms, no sheets. We had to go to reception, who sent a team of cleaners and we waited for 30 minutes while they cleaned. We were unhappy that the team did not wear masks when cleaning in close proximity with us inside the house. Even after the cleaning, we did not receive any toilet paper so had to go back to reception. We never received the kitchen towels which we had paid for. We also saw that other neighbours received a package of brushes and detergent, which we never received and had to provide ourselves.

We did not find the holiday home immediately. Friendly, modern equipped. The park is designed like a dune landscape. Very attractive.

It is a beautiful, peaceful park with a cozy look and feel of the holiday homes. The park is in a prime location. A beautiful area with beautiful cycling routes. The accommodation is nicely furnished.

Unfortunately, there was not properly cleaned in the cottage, we immediately reported, In the garden was still dog poo. Only after the payment did it come to light that they were busy with the construction. On arrival there was nothing completely finished. Considers it pretty decent what was asked for a week while there was nothing to experience accommodation. Environment nice close to the beach nice villages and easy to drive to Bruges.

The holiday home corresponded to the description, as well as inventory and equipment. However, there should be a description and program list for television, including programs in German. An instruction manual for the safe would be recommended.

Really very well equipped holiday home. What can be improved: shelves in the bathrooms, mirror in the toilet, more cutlery, instructions for use for electrical appliances. Other houses have at least one sun lounger, ours not. The announced blue bags for used bed linen were not provided.

Beautiful home. It was not properly clean. There was a foul smell in the bedrooms. The shower drains were full of hair so the water couldn't get out. Kitchen cupboards full of fingers. There was still sand on the floors throughout the house.
