The modern, luxury Nieuwvliet Bad Beach Resort is still under construction.
There are four different types of modern, detached accommodations spread across the resort.
Like the 4-person lodge (NL-4504-23) with one bedroom on the ground floor. The second sleeping area is situated in the first-floor mezzanine. Note that this is not a full-height room and it can only be reached via a steep staircase. Both the living room and the ground-floor bedroom are equipped with a Smart TV. There's a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, both on the ground floor. Outdoors, you'll have a covered terrace with lounge set at your disposal. The lodges are set in the dunes, a 10-minute walk from the beach. The central parking lot has one parking space assigned to each lodge. The lodge is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.
There's also a 4-person villa (NL-4504-24), which has two upstairs bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms on the first floor. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV. Both bathrooms have a shower and one of them has an infrared sauna. A washing machine and dryer complete the picture. There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There's space to park one car right outside your villa.
There's also a 6-person ground-floor lodge (NL-4504-25). This lodge has three bedrooms; two are furnished with two single beds and one is furnished with a bunk bed. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bathroom has a shower too. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV. You'll have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal, as well as a safe for your valuables. There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. You can park your car right outside your villa. There's enough space for two cars.
Finally, there's a 6-person villa (NL-4504-26). This type has one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, both furnished with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There's a washing machine and dryer, an infrared sauna and a garden with a nicely furnished terrace. You can park up to two cars right outside your villa.
All accommodations feature a modern, comfortable and complete interior. The open kitchens are fitted with all modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a combination microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. All beds, apart from the bunk beds, are single box-spring beds, either pushed together in a double-bed setup, or left as two separate beds. All accommodations offer free WiFi.

Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is a brand new resort, at a stone's throw from the small-scale centre of the pleasant seaside resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. The resort is located between the Zeeland polder landscape and the dunes, bordering on nature re reserve De Verdronken Zwarte Polder, not far from the Dutch-Belgian border. The beach is only a 5 to 10-minute walk away.
Nieuwvliet-Bad has a wide beach and is especially popular with families. At low tide, several ponds appear on the beach. This shallow water is great for your children to play in. There are several hiking and cycling routes along the beautiful coast. Also discover nature reserve De Verdronken Zwarte Polder. Especially on foot there's much to see in this 55 hectare nature reserve. You'll certainly meet lots of birds here. The typical Zeelandic Flanders towns of Sluis (12 km) and Cadzand (6 km) can also easily be reached by bike. Here, the Burgundian lifestyle is given great importance. Just over the Belgian border you'll find the mundane coastal resort of Knokke (15 km). Here you'll find luxurious beach bars, designer shops and several restaurants and outdoor cafes. Closer to home there's the town of Breskens (10 km). This is where you can get your daily groceries and some nice fresh fish.
The swimming pool at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is open! The pool has three pools, a spray park and slides for all ages.

Beach Resort Nieuwvliet Bad is still under construction. For that reason there are no center facilities yet. The center building will be ready by mid-summer 2020 . Until there are, we do everything to provide you with all the conveniences. There is a sandwich service and you can use the facilities and the sports and animation activities of Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad (approximately 3.5 km away) and all facilities of Zeebad (approximately 9 km away).
Due to maintenance work, the pool is closed from Monday 15 November untill Friday 19 November.

Our lodge is modern and functional. She looks very beautiful. Your large terrace is an incentive to stay outside with a blanket on it even in winter. The location is ideal for dogs with a pronounced territorial behavior, as there is no through traffic. The way to the beach is - in contrast to the villas - relatively short. On the one hand you can enjoy the tranquility, on the other hand, the center invites you to socialize with its offer.Camera surveillance is felt only on the bridge to the beach.Care is also taken of the environment, since the entrances to the apartment are not scattered even when there is ice. Parking spaces are always available in winter. The stairs are typical of the country. Unfortunately, there is no bell. The only thing we missed was cupboards. We were able to enjoy our stay.

Beautiful park. We were in the beach lodges. Fully equipped. Located centrally in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen for trips and wonderfully close to the beach! Facilities in the park also in order, nice swimming pool, indoor playground fun for the kids, even the little ones. Supermarket incredibly expensive and personally I found the quality of the food from the restaurant / take away to be poor quality

We had house 21, a beach lodge at Roompot. It was clean with great facilities. A nice spacious shower cabin. A few small remarks: toilet door opens the wrong way in our opinion. 2 glasses and 1 plate had a chip off and 1 pan lid was missing the knob to hold.

The cottage was completely fine and liked. What was a bit disappointing was the quality of hygiene. On arrival we found some hair on the bed and in some drawers, in addition, a few pans were not completely clean. Was a bit of a downer since you still pay a nice amount for the final cleaning and clean bed linen. The reception has responded with a free bread order and bicycle rental for a day.

We were greeted warmly at the front desk and assigned a house. The location was well explained and illustrated on a map, as well as a nearby parking facility. We were immediately made aware of the bread service and have used this gladly. In the accompanying brochures everything was again well explained. The house was comfortable, clean and in a fantastic location. We will be back. )
