There is no better place to spend your vacation! Located in Egmond aan den Hoef near the beach on a newly built recreation park, surrounded by the protected North Holland Dune Reserve. This dune villa with a unique location on the dune lake is built with high-quality materials and is beautifully finished down to the smallest details. The dune villa is characterized by a hip and stylish interior, but where the beach feeling is immediately evoked by various elements! How about a drink and dinner together at the spacious table on the terrace with a unique view of the mill? The very wide garden has an unparalleled view of the dune lake and is very private, giving you the ultimate holiday feeling! Enjoy a nice book and a good glass of wine in the spacious lounge corner. Via the stairs in the living room you reach the first floor where there are three bright double bedrooms with comfortable beds. In addition, there is an electric fireplace and radiators in the whole house to keep the house warm. You can relax at the end of a beach day in your luxurious bathroom. For daily shopping you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fishmonger within walking distance. “Please note: there is 1 parking space next to the mill for each accommodation.” Egmond has a real family beach with a length of no less than 8 kilometers, so you can take long beach walks against the setting sun while the children look for shells. In the vicinity of the apartment, nature offers you a varied landscape. The beautiful lighthouse is an attraction in itself. You are also close to the picturesque artist village of Bergen and the lovely city of Alkmaar for a day of shopping or a visit to one of the many catering establishments.

A beautiful and special holiday park was created in Egmond last year, consisting of 19 exclusive "dune villas", each fitted with a sauna or jacuzzi. In the surroundings of Egmond there are hardly any stone holiday homes available with dune garden or terrace in the dunes, except for apartments and chalets. In short, a unique park! The ultimate spot to enjoy a holiday; a day at the beach in the summer or a long walk on the beach in the winter, followed by some glühwein near the crackling fire!
In the middle of the park you'll find an authentic mill where you can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat at the end of the day on the unique terrace, or start the day with a good breakfast. In addition, there is a good restaurant next to the park, which is available at any time of the day.
For daily groceries, you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fishmonger within walking distance.
The park has ample parking with plenty of parking spaces. Please note! Currently, there is some light construction ongoing as the park receives some finishing touches. This construction won't be a hindrance to your visit.
Egmond has a real family beach that is no less than eight kilometers long so you can take long walks on the beach against the setting sun, while the children look for shells. The apartment is surrounded by nature and a varied landscape. The beautiful lighthouse is an attraction in itself. You're also nearby the picturesque artists village of Bergen and the delightful city of Alkmaar for a day of shopping and a visit to one of the many cafés and restaurants.

We were allowed to come earlier, which gave us a great feeling. It took us a while to find out where we could drive between the houses by car, but after calling Mr Geubels (Gôbels) we knew how. Apparently it is easier to turn right at the Albert Heijn. The house met all expectations, even better. The sauna was perfect after just looking how all the buttons worked. (The description of the sauna you have to look for a moment). If you come with the dog, you can directly from the cottage into the dunes. Also beach within walking distance.The house is very tastefully decorated. Beds good to lie on. Bathroom perfect.Kitchen perfect, but what do you want with a Boretti ... 👍We will definitely book this park opposite the mill again.Jan, Flora and Woezel

The holiday home complex can be reached via a driveway via a parking lot. We found them only by asking. A better signage / access description would be desirable. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling, the bike paths through the reserve are immediately adjacent. A large supermarket with smaller specialty stores is within walking distance.

The accommodation we found excellent for our purpose two adults who wanted to do nothing for a week. The arrival was somewhat unclear, but after a bit of searching I ran into the manager. The information about the catering industry and windmill is no longer correct. Both are (permanently) closed. But that did not spoil the fun for us at all.

We were received very professionally by Belvilla's lady (Fleur). She showed us the house and passed the directions. The reserved bikes were waiting in the cabin. The accommodation is beautiful, new and it was wonderfully quiet. The ambiance with the mill in the neighborhood is very nice. The owners of the park (Anita and Wim) have worked discreetly in the background and made a successful stay. Many possibilities for day trips at good and bad weather and the beach at 10 bike minutes from the house. The North Dutch Dunes Reserve directly at the park. Purchase options on foot (AH). The accompanying restaurant Tastefully recommended.We have had a very nice time and will definitely recommend this park.

We have another wonderful long weekend in Egmond. The Casa Anti Stressa is really beautifully located. Unfortunately we didn't sleep well on the mattresses this time and it bothered us that the bedroom can only be darkened to a limited extent. If you want to use the sauna, you must definitely bring additional towels. Only two small & thin towels are provided per person.

So bad is perhaps an exaggeration, but with outside temperatures of > 30° and many glass surfaces it is difficult to have practically no shading options. Yesterday evening we had a room temperature of 28.5°C, this morning at 7 it was still 26°C... We have often been here, but always in different houses, but they are basically all the same, only the furnishings are different. Not so great here, e.g. no hooks for towels in the bathroom. Doorknobs almost fall off. And the skylight in the bathroom can only be opened by standing on a chair (accidents and housekeeping...). Dishes and pots etc. o.k. The toilet brush was worn out after a day (and it's not that easy to get a new one in the Netherlands.

The house is very nicely furnished and in a quiet location. The only criticism is that you can't really black out the bedrooms. You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes.

Had a wonderful stay. We could go to the house a little earlier and this was great. We were nicely received, got dune passes v.h. park and had a great time. Cottage was neat, clean and fully equipped, the travel cot for the little one was neatly waiting in the hall. Via the dunes you can get a breath of fresh air on the beach in half an hour and we could easily walk our dog if we didn't go to the beach. Top!

A beautifully clean complete villa! Close to supermarket, butcher, bakery, etc.! Beautiful surroundings, short distance from beautiful villages, towns and sea .. highly recommended! We will definitely come back!

We had a great time! The house is very nicely decorated and well equipped. We really enjoyed the evenings by the fireplace. We thought it was great that we could borrow bicycles for free (e-bike 15 € / day surcharge).

We were welcomed nicely. Since we were in this holiday home area last year (Haus Zee) we were spoiled and not prepared for each house being equipped differently. So we had to do various things like a hair dryer etc. buy on site. So - House No. 19 is not very lavishly equipped (for this price?) And you shouldn't forget shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer! We also thought that on New Year's Eve there might be a little less popping right next to a thatched mill - but we were instructed otherwise - there was a lot of popping around New Year's Eve, which was annoying for us and quite annoying our dog. Conclusion - The holiday home area is very pretty - always happy, but not on New Year's Eve and not at house number 19. We found it positive that the broken mixer tap in the shower was repaired the same day.

We had a cozy and beautiful house which was also clean and with everything you could need for a weekend. You also have a lot of privacy in the garden, because the terrace is lower than the surrounding vegetation.

a very nice house fully equipped and well furnished. centrally situated. Two mini tips for the manager: topping up with salt and a few tablets for the dishwasher make it perfect. nothing else to be desired!

Upon arrival the manager turned out to be on vacation himself, the entrance was hard to find. The cottage is beautifully decorated and modern. The cottage was not really clean on arrival, we do pay 90 euros for cleaning, which is strange. The area is fantastic, close to the dunes and the sea. Really recommended!

Beautiful house, right on the dunes. Bicycles that were in the house were perfectly adequate for the route to Alkmaar. Supermarket is right around the corner with a very tasty bakery.

The beautiful house in the dunes with a view of the mill is perfectly equipped and of high quality. On arrival we found a very clean villa with beds already made and fluffy towels. The 1-person sauna is great for warming up after a walk on the beach in rainy weather. On the terrace is the sun all day long and you sit sheltered from the wind. We'd love to come back :)

Beautiful holiday home, we would warmly welcome and can say that it was an all-round successful holiday. The only thing that attracted attention neglected Despite dog ban when booking large dogs in almost every other house and promptly was left in front of our house Gang a large dog pile and disposed of after 2 days.
