Located on the 1st floor layout: 2 enclosed bedrooms 1st with 1 fixed bed and 1 child/ baby cot. 2nd bedroom with a double bed. Spacious family bathroom with double shower head in the walk-in shower, to shower together, double sink with tap. Living room with sitting area, sofa and 2 wooden high chairs, smart TV.
Open kitchen equipped with fridge, induction hob, extractor hood, combi oven, coffee filter machine and kettle, crockery, glassware and cutlery also for children {plastic}.
Dining table with chairs and a high children's chair.
Balcony with terrace on the sunny side with outdoor seating and shielded by a glass balustrade closed double doors. Through this large window you have a magnificent view that changes every second the natural beauty, a true living painting.
Lockable toilet.
The entrance door is on the ground floor where you enter a central hall with storage room and the shared staircase to the flats.
Through a code-locked door you enter Apartment B or another ad to book Apartment C for 4 people. You can also book them both please contact us.
You have 1 free parking space available at the front of the property.
Outside there is an enclosed bicycle shed where you can store your bicycles and possibly your bike carrier.
Here you will also find our bins to sort and dispose of your waste.
The flat is located on the public road, which can only be heard outside in terms of traffic noise. Inside it is almost soundproof and you will have minimal trouble with traffic noise.
Hello we are Leonie and Stefan Schotvanger, proud landlords of 4T4 Apartments B and C in Egmond aan den Hoef. We have been renting out De Zeedistel holiday home for several years and now, since 2020, this newly built flat with stunning views of Egmond's bulb fields and dunes. A nice starting point for walks, cycling routes or a day at the beach and of course a cultural trip to the surrounding villages/cities should not be missed. The beach is 1.5 km away, so to speak; at the end of the street and is a surprise to the eye every season. Hospitality, convenience and enjoyment are high on our list and we would like to share this with you along with all the beauty that Egmond and its surroundings have to offer.

The Apartment is situated on the main road to Egmond aan Zee. It is next to the North Holland Dune Reserve, where you can take lovely walks or cycle tours. Where wild cattle and horses run loose and nature adapts with every season with colours and natural beauty is a life painting. Heavenly wide is the flat between the villages de hoef and aan zee and if you go through the dunes to the beach, you come out at the quiet beach a piece of no man's land between mountains and Egmond. Egmond on the hoof has a castle chapel, moat with a ruin and a museum about Egmond also there is a gallery. Inside Egmond is the abbey that makes candles, museum and religion shop, butterfly garden and orchard, the Adel Bertus field here you can also walk the monks' path along and through the Egmonden. Alkmaar is the largest city nearby which is about 10 minutes away by car. Egmond aan zee, Bergen, Schoorl, Heiloo, you will find many nice restaurants and cosy shops that are open all year round. Amsterdam, 40 km away, is the tourist city with its beautiful museums and different cultures. Feel free to ask for more info from us or the tourist office.
