Description
The property is located directly on the main beach exit of Egmond aan Zee. The entire house has been completely renovated and divided into 2 apartments. You can park your car on a private lot. From the front door to the beach there are only a few meters. The sea can already be seen from here and the waves are fascinating to watch. If you turn right into the "Voorstraat", you will find numerous restaurants and shops. In short, a very central location in Egmond aan Zee. The interior has been completely redone. Of course, the accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and TV with German channels in HD quality. In this house we rent 2 apartments: "Apartment Beach" on the ground floor and "Apartment Duin" on the first and second floor.

Apartment Strand "is completely ground floor on the ground floor. Through a common entrance you enter the apartment. The kitchen with dining area is equipped with all necessary appliances. Next to the dining area is a living room with TV and views of the dunes. There are 2 bedrooms with box spring beds and wardrobes, as well as a fully renovated bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A patio at the back of the house makes sure you can sit outside. The 2 existing chairs invite you to dream in this special place. There is also the possibility to park your bikes in the back of the garden. In short, a very compact apartment with all amenities centrally located in Egmond aan Zee.
After consultation, pets are allowed.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Supermarkt und weitere Geschäfte inkl. Bäcker in direkter Nähe. Tolle Terrasse in Südlage. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Ankommen und sich wohl fühlen. Sehr freundlicher Service von Rentals Egmond, die eine kleine Reklamation sofort und sehr kulant bearbeitet haben.
