A dream holiday for young and old! Located in Egmond aan den Hoef near the beach in a newly built leisure park, surrounded by the protected North Holland Dunes reserve. This dune villa is built with high-quality materials and is beautifully finished to the smallest details. It has a modern and comfortable interior, fitted with all modern amenities. You won't miss any luxury in this villa! From the front you'll have a marvellous view of the mill! Via the staircase in the living room, you reach the first floor where three light bedrooms with comfortable double beds. One of the rooms is ideal for children, with matching beds. You can also relax in your own bubble bath in the bathroom! What could be nicer than relaxing in the bubbles after a day at the beach of a nice walk through the dunes? You will also find an enclosed fireplace inside. The villa has a lovely, private terrace with a fireplace and a dining table where you can dine and have a drink together. There is also a lounge set where you can relax, this is available from spring to autumn after the autumn break.

For daily groceries, you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fishmonger within walking distance.
Egmond has a real family beach that is no less than eight kilometers long so you can take long walks on the beach against the setting sun, while the children look for shells. The apartment is surrounded by nature and a varied landscape. The beautiful lighthouse is an attraction in itself. You're also nearby the picturesque artists village of Bergen and the delightful city of Alkmaar for a day of shopping and a visit to one of the many cafés and restaurants.

A beautiful and special holiday park was created in Egmond last year, consisting of 19 exclusive "dune villas", each fitted with a sauna or jacuzzi. In the surroundings of Egmond there are hardly any stone holiday homes available with dune garden or terrace in the dunes, except for apartments and chalets. In short, a unique park! The ultimate spot to enjoy a holiday; a day at the beach in the summer or a long walk on the beach in the winter, followed by some glühwein near the crackling fire!
In the middle of the park you'll find an authentic mill where you can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat at the end of the day on the unique terrace, or start the day with a good breakfast. In addition, there is a good restaurant next to the park, which is available at any time of the day.
For daily groceries, you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fishmonger within walking distance.
The park has ample parking with plenty of parking spaces. Please note! Currently, there is some light construction ongoing as the park receives some finishing touches. This construction won't be a hindrance to your visit.

The accommodation was great. Direct environment very quiet and pleasant, close to the supermarket, 2km to the beach. To find something bad despite Navi, since the mill in the dune park from the road is difficult to see.

We had a wonderful midweek in Egmond. The accommodation is beautiful. The park is somewhat hidden and therefore very quiet. You are within a few minutes at the sea and you drive to beautiful sights. With our little one we have visited the beach, the Sea Aquarium in Bergen, animal park Blankendaal in Tuitjenhorn and Holle Bolle Boom, also in Tuitjenhorn.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed from 1-1-19. Arrival and departure were unclear and impersonal, but otherwise in the cottage it was comfortable, even in the winter

We had a nice weekend in the house. It is spacious and bright and has plenty of storage space. Especially the beautiful large kitchen was very nice. Also nice that the beds were made and that there were towels and kitchen towels. Sometimes you have to pay a lot for that, especially for 6 people. Final cleaning was also included. You can walk straight into the dunes for a nice walk and you can enjoy cycling here. There is not much to do in the immediate vicinity and the beach is a 20-minute walk away. There is a handcart for young families, which is probably nice.

We were warmly received in the mill. Then had a great tour through the luxury cottage with all the trimmings. We had booked the cottage with bath and jacuzzi. The house is warmly decorated, kitchen is fully equipped. We were seated by the fireplace. There is a lot to see and do in the area. Golfing, horseback riding, hiking, cycling. We had a tour at the Abbey in Egmond Binnen. On Sunday a beautiful walk through the dunes between Egmond and Bergen. A must so.
