The carefully furnished apartments have various layouts. There are ground floor studios (NL-1796-13) and 2-4 pers. apartments (NL-1796-14) both with terrace. On the first floor there are 2-4 pers. apartments (NL-1796-15) with balcony. You also have use of garden furniture on the terrace/balcony.
The livingroom has a double bed or two twin beds.

The holiday feeling starts on the boat! As soon as you step onto the island you'll see that Texel is a special piece of the Netherlands. The harbour, the dunes, the beach and the crashing of the sea give you that holiday feeling. There are just as many sheep as people here, an ideal island to relax. In the middle of this beautiful island, and within walking distance from the charming village centre of the resort of De Koog you'll find the charming apartment complex Bosch en Zee. You'll find an open air swimming pool with a separate children's pool and playground. You can hire a bicycle at the reception. It's very probable that you'll never want to leave! With 135 km of cycling paths, you can explore the whole island at your leisure. The perfect finish for a nice beach walk or cycling excursion: have a drink and a bite on the terrace or in a charming restaurant in a beach pavilion or on one of the many inviting terraces. There is much to experience for the kids as well on Texel: endless playing on the beach, watching seals, accompanying the forest ranger or shrimper.
Residence Bosch en Zee is in a central location on the wonderful island of Texel near the charming resort of De Koog. It is suitable for young families and seniors. The beach and the centre of De Koog are located within walking distance.
The crossing from Den Helder to Texel takes about 20 minutes. For more information and rates: TESO (tel. 0(031)222-369600 / www.teso.nl). Advance reservations are not possible.
The park costs include energy costs, final cleaning, bed linens (beds are not made up), service package, environmental charges and facility services.
Reservations for youth up to 25 years of age are only possible if the parents are part of the party. Access to the residence will be refused if this rule is violated.
The swimming pool of the Bosch en Zee apartment complex is open from May to September. To ensure that everyone can keep a distance of one and a half meters while swimming, only children up to the age of 12 are welcome here. In addition, you always have free access to Swimming Paradise Calluna. This is within walking distance of the park.
The park has indicated that it is a firework-free zone. Despite the fact that the park will do their utmost to enforce the prohibition on the lighting of fireworks, they cannot give a 100% guarantee that no actual fireworks will be lit on or in the direct vicinity of the park.

We had booked a studio for two people. When we entered, we were shocked by the small space and the pull out bed. (We are 60 plus) But the bed slept okay though it was narrow and was present in the small room had everything we needed. There was a terrace with a roof and happy where we could sit outside.

Very good. First impression was that the studio was small, but when we are "nested" had proved more or less fully equipped. Only drawbacks I found the excessive hot water and the presence of a cooker for only two pans. For two people that what little. I found the ideal location: ample opportunity for exhausts dog, walking distance to beach and shops but so far from center that it was quiet anyway. Pool on site was nice and tidy, like the whole park. Fine was also the possibility to make use of the nearby swimming pool Calluna. Use

The cottage was small but fine. good bed, good mattresses. Small functional kitchen, great shower. From here we could make cute bird tours, scenic Lustig by Muy and Slufter we liked very much.

We will continue for years to Texel to another place. It is here in Bosch and sea so well we will definitely come. We go for hiking and cycling. The weather could be better, but right there you can not do anything. Nevertheless, we have entertained us well for 14 days.

Upon arrival it was found that they did not know that we would take the dog. It seemed that would be denied us the apartment because it is a pet-free apartment. Ultimately, this was not so and we were in it. But no fine entry if you get to hear after traveling for three hours, you can go home again.

In this difficult time of Corona and all catering establishments are closed, one is assigned to the private kitchen of the apartment. We were unlucky that we had an electric hob on which you could not boil an egg because the plate did not come up to temperature. Maybe a moment to exchange the old hobs for an induction hob.
