The spacious and luxurious apartments at Resort Poort of Amsterdam are located in a small complex of three floors at the edge of the resort. They all have a view over the marina and over the park itself. From each apartment you can see the Markermeer. There are four different types.
There is the 4-person apartment (NL-1154-08). This type contains two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. Some apartments are situated on the ground floor. There are also apartments that occupy two floors. With the latter type, the bedrooms are on the first floor.
The 8-person apartment (NL-1154-09) contains four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The size of this variant ranges from 127 to 162 m², and it is on the first floor. There are also variants that consist of two floors. With these apartments, three of the four bedrooms are on the first floor.
The 10-person apartment (NL-1154-11) contains five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a sauna, and a separate toilet. The apartment consists of two floors. Four bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are located on the first floor.
Finally, there is the 12-person apartment (NL-1154-12) with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a sauna, and a separate toilet. The apartment consists of two floors. Four bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are located on the first floor.
All apartments are modern and comfortably furnished. They contain a luxurious kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi is available. The layout may differ by apartment. The bathrooms might be in the bedrooms (en suite) or located on the central landing. There is a fine terrace or balcony with garden furniture and every apartment has a parking space for at least one car.

Resort Poort van Amsterdam is characterised by the unique location. It does not get any more genuinely North Holland than this: the authentic town of Uitdam and its surroundings, the water of the Markermeer and the lively capital Amsterdam, just fifteen minutes away by car.
The resort, which opened in 2016, has a broad selection of different, luxurious holiday homes and apartments. The entire resort was built in the style that you might expect here: authentic on the outside, but equipped inside with all luxury, comfort, and amenities. And that is truly the case for the whole resort. You get the feeling that you are staying in a separate village.
Because practically all of the houses are directly on water-thoroughfare, Resort Poort van Amsterdam is especially suited to water sports enthusiasts due to the beach, the water sports centre and the marina by appointment. But nature lovers will also find these surroundings interesting. The many water fowl, extensive meadows, and diverse nature reserves in the immediate vicinity offer plenty of opportunities.
On the resort itself, you will not have a moment of boredom. There are various facilities for young and old. These vary from a covered swimming pool to playgrounds and from a spa to a hip, stylish restaurant with a cosy bar and terrace. Here you can enjoy wonderful dishes or simply enjoy a bite to eat and a drink. For fresh rolls in the morning and the small daily groceries, you will find what you need in the mini-market. For the little ones, there is an indoor play paradise.
There is plenty to do in the area. There are various public golf courses. Fort Beemster is located just 15 km away. A fairly new park with very nice houses. But once inside you have to swallow. There was a dirty stuffy air and the leftovers of food were still between the plates and on the spoons of the previous occupants.Dirty curtains and floor, the cobwebs hang from the ceilingWhat a pity to cut back on cleaning.We won't be going back to Europarcs anytime soon .

The accommodation itself is fine, nicely spacious, well maintained. However, one small refrigerator for 12 people is far too little!Communication with Belvilla is a disaster. Been working for a year and a half to get a suitable answer, they send new offers faster than an answer and response to a complaint :-(

Nice house, beautiful park, everything was there and clean. beautiful location ah water and separate place for dog walking. In my opinion, it was just not mentioned that the house was accessible via a staircase.

Spacious house but difficult to reach with a high staircase. We have grandma along with the walker, so very clumsy. Was not indicated in advance. Although the house is for 12 people, cooking for 12 people is a challenge in the small kitchen. Too bad we had to scrub the tables on the terrace ourselves. Location on the lake is top,

The arrival was Coronaproof, the receptionists very customer and service oriented, the accommodation in terms of size and appearance excellent and the surroundings beautiful.

On arrival we were unpleasantly surprised. The promised location of the apartment overlooking the harbor turned out not to be possible and therefore not available for us. Despite a telephone commitment by a Belvilla employee. With regard to the linen package booked, it turned out that this was not geared to the cot that was also booked. Fortunately we had our own linen. At the park it also appeared that due to novelty and construction work not all (outdoor) facilities could be fully used. When you go with the whole family to a park with facilities for children you do not expect that they are under water. Teething?

Modern accommodation. Missed in house 223 some practical things such as towel hooks in the bathrooms, a closet in the living room, some extra lighting. Furthermore, it was a lovely house with a nice view. Park is still very much in production. Pool on the small side for such a large park, but nice trips made Volendam, whisper boat rented etc.
