The house as such is in a good condition. The upholstery should be cleaned regularly. The pool was not usable (dirty and with waste). The beach in the area is available but you can not go swimming, because a stone barge no passage to the deeper water is possible.

Despite the icy temperatures we have experienced a pleasant weekend with the family in all respects. The excellent accommodation was an important factor in this. We also enjoyed the conservatory heated during the day. We estimate that the environment provides sufficient leads for a successful holiday, especially in good weather.

The accommodation is large enough for twelve adults. The living room on the ground floor is a lovely large dining table and large sofas where everyone could sit. We missed a few items in the kitchen, but this came directly to the technical department. The pool is not that big, but does have a nice bath for the little ones. However, for two people, two entry passes were not very good. There are a number of nice places in the area, such as Marken, Volendam and Monnickendam.

Since the resort is still very new, the outdoor had partly still a construction site feeling, but it was fine. The house lies just a desire for a toaster open. We originally booked for 10 people, but then could arrive with only five people. The additional costs we paid for 10 people. This is still, however, in clarification.

Nice new park near Amsterdam. An oasis of calm and space. Beautiful, spacious cottages. Near Marken and Monnickendam are well worth it. The house for 12 people is well equipped, noisy and in the kitchen is the equipment which scant 12 people. No cutting board, only 3 pans, no knives. The house has atmosphere, well appointed, but the lighting is all or nothing, that could definitely be better. The bedside lamps do not do it all. But despite that it was a good weekend.

The house is a good size and still looks fairly new. However, some of the bedrooms are very small, so you can't get to the double beds in several rooms from both sides. The facilities are quite poor. For example, a toaster was missing and there are only a few towel racks and only 2 small wardrobes for the house, which offers sleeping accommodation for up to 12 people. There are no hooks in the rooms at all. There are no bedside tables next to the beds, just small stools that barely offered any space. The biggest problem, however, was cleanliness. There was a lot of hair and lint on the bed covers, there was dust in numerous places and the upholstery was full of stains. The small sauna is a plus.

We lived in the 12-person house type Westertoren with 10 adults and 2 small children. The house was found sufficiently cleaned. A small list of deficiencies found upon arrival (broken lamps, dirt, broken windows...) were reported and immediate repair offered. Overall, some things could be replaced or renewed (floor mats, brooms, hand brushes). The beds were too soft for some. The terrace and jetty were very dirty with duck droppings. Here I would have wished for a proper cleaning at least on arrival.



The park is very beautiful and idyllic. We were there the long WE over Ascension Day. The park was little visited. The shop is only half filled with a range. The restaurant closed. There was a mini offer of animation which we didn't use. However, the Europark app was able to absorb such information very well.



The small but fine swimming pool was clean and sufficient for a few hours. There is a 1.40 m deep pool and a small children's area. For us that was completely sufficient and satisfactory.



The indoor playground seemed not to have been visited by staff or cleaning staff for a long time. As with the swimming pool, you only have access with a house card. The children got their money's worth. However, I would have liked a certain basic cleaning and basic order.



We didn't play mini golf. However, the facility looked well maintained and playable. There is a great, fenced soccer field, on the ground it was also possible to ride scooters or roller skates. The worm hotel (for organic waste) was unfortunately too full and therefore not usable.



I would have liked the beach section with a zip line and air cushions to jump better. There were a lot of algae and unfortunately also a dead fish stranded.

Twelve in a beautiful house with a view of the Marker, what more could you want. The house was spacious and six bedrooms with good beds. In addition, two bathrooms, a separate shower and a sauna. First of all, the equipment of the house was in good condition and the park was also very clean! However, there were many stains on the walls and ceilings and the windows were covered with many spiders, which initially put us off and brought us back to the house to be cleaned. The house looked much better after cleaning, but that same evening we could understand why these stains were there. Since you have a river right by the house, there are accordingly a lot of mosquitoes and so you had a good 30 mosquitoes per room in the evening, which you killed before sleeping in order to sleep peacefully. Unfortunately there were no fly nets or the like to keep them from coming into the house, although we hardly ventilated. Unfortunately, each of us 12 people had to count 10-30 stitches again in the morning.

A beautiful house, located on the water. Plenty of space, rooms and bathrooms. In warm weather, take into account insects such as mosquitoes and wasps! On arrival we found the house dirty. Garbage cans not emptied (even a diaper was still in it!), Dead insects on the floor, and in the net curtains. There were even remnants on the pans and cutlery - on one of the beds the gray dog hair protruded through the mattress cover. So I immediately vacuumed myself, and emptied the trash cans - and made the place smell nice with cleaning agent. I wonder how the € 110.00 final cleaning costs paid by me can be justified. I do not see this at all in the state in which I put the house into use.

We liked the service and concept of the system. We had a 12 person house, the basement with kitchen, dining area, couch corner and a bedroom completely in order of size. The upper floor was very narrow with 5 rooms with 2 beds each. The bedrooms upstairs were all very small, in our opinion two rooms too small. One didn't even have a small closet. You should convert it into a 10 person house. Generally the cleanliness was okay, for the spotty couch we were given throws. Due to the location on the water there are many mosquitos, it is helpful to stock up with appropriate means. Our children were busy around the clock, were able to play and move independently in the park, and overall we had a pleasant week!

On arrival our house was not cleaned, even after cleaning the house was very dirty. Lots of things were missing, beds were not in the right room, so it did not fit, curtains fell off. Outdoor lounge set could not be used, it was in such bad condition. Grass had just been cut, but grass was everywhere. No screens on the windows, which is an absolute must in this park. Facilities in the park were not good, a long wait in the restaurant, the shop you can not call a shop, so little range. The friture actually only had fries .... and I can continue like this. Price quality is very poor. If I were Belvilla I wouldn't burn my hands at this park anymore. Complaints have all been reported, but nothing is done with it. Also take a look at the reviews via zoover, there has been little good written about this park in recent months. Environment is beautiful!

The house was not really clean on arrival. On the beds were zBsp still hair of the previous tenants. Also, it turned out that was not sucked properly. There were many Hundehaare to find. The house is basically very well divided and functional furnishings - the whole area was good. The snack bar and the small shop are however in need of improvement. The surrounding places as well as Amsterdam are very worth seeing. In our rental period it was very hot so that we would have liked to sleep with open windows. Unfortunately, the house but not on all windows fly wire and mosquitoes we had plenty. We still had a nice time. However, the house gets only the grade sufficient.

We liked the house. The location near Amsterdam is great. It bothered us that the house was not ready for our arrival at 1630, although arrival was possible from 1500 clock. We had several shortcomings in the house and these have not reported (because I suppose that these have been reported as crack in the mirror). This was also the case and we got the bail again.
