This cozy 2-bedroom cottage is in Convalle. It is ideal for small groups of friends or a family and can accommodate 6 guests. It has a fenced garden to enjoy meals and a private terrace to enjoy a platter of barbecue with a glass of wine.
The restaurants are 500 m from the cottage if you would like to dine out. You can stock up the essentials from the local grocery store only 2 km away. Enjoy the nightlife in Convalle, the pubs are 15 km from the cottage.
In the large kitchen, you can prepare meals of choice. A living room with a double sofa bed and fireplace are in place for you to enjoy some valuable time together. This cottage offers childrens bed and high chair on request for the little ones. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed on the property.
The nearest airport is only 40 km from the stay.
You can check-in to the home between 3-6 PM and the check-out can be done between 9-10 AM.
Please note that the road leading to the holiday home is currently decommissioned and is taking time to be rehabilitated. To reach holiday home, the only possibility is through the locality and the public car park facility which is just 200 m away from the house.

We (family of 4) had a really relaxing holiday in Convalle. The house was rustic, but had everything your heart desires. Our children (9 and 7 years) felt right at home there. We made ourselves comfortable with the fireplace in the cool evenings. The house is in a really small village in the middle of Tuscany. More Tuscany is not possible. The landlord welcomed us very nicely. Thanks to Google Translate, we were able to communicate relatively well, since he only speaks Italian. We made trips to Lucca, Pisa, Verdaggio. Everything was easy to reach by car. We can really only recommend this great accommodation 😊

The house in Convalle is an authentic Italian house in an almost medieval village. The accommodation itself is simple and the decor somewhat dated, but fully equipped (including dishwasher, washing machine). You can taste the real Italian atmosphere here. Very friendly Italian owners, who by the way speak only very limited English. But with Google translate and hands & feet you come a long way. The house has a beautiful view over the mountains and the surroundings with beautiful nature exudes tranquility. The disadvantage is that there are no further facilities at the house itself (eg no swimming pool, no lawn for the kids to kick a ball) and the village is quite remote. So for literally everything you need the car. Driving times: a supermarket (15 minutes), a beautiful swimming pool (in Bagni di Lucca, 30 minutes), the beach (an hour) and the nearest place Lucca (25 minutes). That also explains the very pleasant pricing for this house. We alternated swimming pool, stand and city trips with each other, sometimes with a lazy day in Convalle itself. Despite the disadvantage of the distances, we (family with 3 teenagers aged 12-14-16) had a very nice holiday.

We had indicated by email that we would not save the arrival time of 18 hours. This was no problem, we could come as late as we wanted. Upon arrival the owner was waiting for us at the parking lot. The owner speaks only Italian, but the communication via email went well. The accommodation was clean and complete, even a washing machine was present. The location and view was fantastic.

We had a wonderful holiday together with the children (3.5 and 7 yrs) the owner does not speak english but is very friendly and with some hand and foot work you will get together. The cottage was tidy and clean and everything was present (more even than described) there was also a dishwasher, washing machine, tv and microwave. Nice terrace to sit outside with a beautiful view. Parking was fine, From the parking lot it's a little bit up the hill through the special alleyways and along cozy houses. We have eaten deliciously at the restaurant on the mountain for a nice amount - beautiful surroundings, you are in Lucca and also the Beach is fine to do if you ask us a really good deal.

We were hospitable and welcomed by the Italian manager. Very friendly and helpful people. Only speak Italian, but with hands and feet you come to an end. Cottage is well appointed, beautifully set. You make every day a while a climb from car to front door, but it is doable. The setting is lovely. We recommend the local restaurant (10 min walk), do book! Only thing disappointing was the shower. Spicy but hardly force so a trickle.

Typical Italian life. The owners are extremely friendly, helpful and real Italians. They speak no language across the border, but with gestures and a dictionary, you'll be sure of. The house offers. Beautiful cottage in a natural environment. Decor is very old, which has its charm. However, there would be some new (complete pans with lids) can be supplemented. What we missed was a bankstel.Huis / resort is particularly suitable for people who like to go out. Relatively close to Luxembourg, which is certainly worth a visit. Also Trier and wildlife park visited in the area, especially the latter is really a nice recommended.

Very friendly landlord, but only speaks Italian! Nice location, nice atmosphere, great view. It has really good and gefallen.Nächstes restaurant just over 1 km away, difficult to reach on foot (at night everything is pitch black). Nearest supermarket is in Diecimo, which is about 10 km away. So without car goes nothing.

A delicious authentic house in an equally delicious authentic village. A sympathetic oh so Tuscan landlord Eugenio and dear wife. However, you should not rely on modern conveniences: a leaky water heater and coffee maker, a microwave that is not connected, a pan without handle and a pan that was used to store pikketten or so (at least full of holes and bumps). Not really a cozy seating area, but that is when the weather is not because you have a large terrace overlooking the beautiful village and vallei.De pluses already weighed more heavily than the poor.
