Detached villa in a quiet location with a private pool (completely renovated), 20 minutes by car from the bustling port city of Denia. The villa is furnished in a comfortable way; from the living room with garden doors, you can reach the covered terrace and enjoy the panoramic view of Monte Pego. There is also a DVD player, TV has options to stream Netflix with your own login details.
The first beaches (Las Marinas and Oliva) are only 10 km away, the town of Pego 6 km and Gandia 25 km. The centre of Denia with its castle and museum, the promenade with shops, pleasant restaurants and outdoor cafes is a 20-minute drive away. At the beach, you can go diving, surfing, canoeing and water skiing. Nature-lovers shouldn't miss the Montgó nature reserve.
You can park the car in front of the house on the public road. To make a delicious cup of coffee, there is a Nespresso, Senseo machine and a filter coffee machine. There is also an electric juicer and sandwich maker.

Great house in a quiet location with swimming pool
We use that pool a lot, because it is 34 degrees here
Inside it is nice and cool because of the air conditioning!
Trips to Gandia or Denia or mall in Ondara can be reached within half an hour.

A minus point is water pressure in the second bathroom was not enough to shower, so our children always came to have a shower in our bathroom.We found the peace and quiet, and we enjoyed our stay very much.Someone came to clean the pool every 2 days.A few minutes drive to Aldi in pego for groceries or to Lidl in oliva in 10mi .So we will be back here wee but this time for longer stay.Thanks for everything

The villa was excellent. The view and the tranquility was also beautiful and we had a great time. Only the Spanish fruit farmers should not just burn their pruning waste. The entire valley was regularly blue with smoke. A blanket of smoke covered the town of Pego. That is no longer of this time. This can/should be different.
