The Holiday home

WOHLFÜHLHAUS for the best time of the year! Absolutely summer and winter suitable.
Detached house with 8 x m pool on a sqm large, beautifully landscaped grounds in unobstructed altitude. The house is located on the southern slope of the Mostalla mountains with 180º fantastic panoramic views from the sea to the mountains. From here you can see the 700-year-old town of Pego, steeped in history, and you can see 100,000 orange trees stretching to the sea. Experience the freedom and enjoy the endless space. The large terraces invite you every day for breakfast, brunch, barbecue or relax. With a nice glass of red wine in hand, you can end the day and admire the incredible starry sky here in the south. (quiet open more info!).

Special feature: All windows are protected with high-quality mosquito screens. This gives you an undisturbed sleep even when the window is open.

Next to the sauna you will find another shower. The house has a total of 5 showers and 4 toilets (including apartment)

The house was built in 2003 and acquired by us in 2015 and renovated. It is in excellent condition and leaves nothing to be desired. The living area is 120 square meters, + if you want, a 40 square meter apartment upstairs (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with breakfast kitchen) with a non-accessible 20 square meter roof terrace. We rent the apartment only in connection with the main apartment. Thus, of course, no strangers will use your pool, but only your brought friends or relatives. In all the bedrooms there is air conditioning, so you can spend pleasant even warm nights. With 2 or 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathrooms and outdoor shower and toilet, there is no jostling in the early morning. The house and especially the kitchen are fully furnished and extensively equipped. You will want for nothing.
If you want to enjoy a sauna, this is in the basement, there is also the washing machine with ironing station.
The house has central heating (only in the winter months in operation) and an open fireplace, so that you can live in the winter and in the transitional period super pleasant.

Good stop for racing cyclists, as the cycling enthusiasts like to support tours and bike rental.

Pego is a bit hidden between Denia and Oliva in the hinterland and is therefore overlooked by many. But all those who come for a detour can enjoy the wonderful location of the city in peace.

It is-almost-everything available, quiet and yet close to town. In the traditional town of Pego there are shops (supermarkets, boutiques, bakeries ...), pubs and coffees and various restaurants. It is only 10 minutes by car to the beautiful, endless sandy beach Oliva. If you see on the terrace with a cold beer or a good glass of wine in the evening countless stars and the lights of the city, the relaxation is pure!
And if you rent the apartment with, friends also have a little retreat and grandma and grandfather can enjoy the evening on the private balcony, while down the dear grandchildren are put to bed.

additional information about rental price:

The house is rented for 4 people. But you can also rent the apartment, which can be reached via a separate entrance (about 40m² with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony) for an additional 2 persons (price additional 200, - to 350, - Euro per season - see rental prices).
Thus, the house is particularly suitable for friendly couples or as a multi-generation house.

The following additional costs are calculated:
€ 100, - for the (150, - incl. Apartment). Electricity according to consumption ( € per kwh), optionally bookable linen package 10, - € per person, gas during the heating period according to consumption. The settlement takes place on departure on the spot.

A deposit of € 300, - in cash (€ 400, - in case of booking apartment) is charged by our manager, which will be refunded immediately upon proper handover of the rental property.

When booking confirmation is a deposit of 30% of the rent immediately due. Final payment 30 days before arrival.
The day of arrival is variable during the booking period. We are happy to meet you at the different fares.
During your stay, a German-speaking contact person will be available to help you with any questions or problems.

Why exactly this object:
The object has a fantastic, unobstructable location on the southern slope of the Mostalla mountains above fragrant orange and mandarin plantations, no hustle and bustle, in a very busy street. The additional rentable apartment makes it ideal for friends or families with several generations.
The house was built under the direction of a German craftsman (previous owner) and has corresponding qualities - combined with Spanish flair. Thus, the living climate in summer (insulation and air conditioning) and in winter (Porotonsteine, heat insulation, central heating, wood stove) is very good.

Wir verreisen sehr viel und haben deshalb einige Erfahrungen mit Fewos bzw. Ferienhäusern gemacht.
Hier haben uns
- der Service (Buchung, Übergabe, Sauberkeit)
- die Ausstattung (innen: bis zu zwei komfortable moderne und geschmackvoll/ liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnungen; volle Küchenausstattung und außen: zwei Terrassen, toller Pool (für die Kleinen auch Pool-Spielzeug), kleine Außenküche und umfangreiche Bestuhlung; daneben ein wunderbar angelegter Garten in einem Steilhang) und
- das damit verbundene Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
absolut überzeugt.

Die Lage ist hervorragend für alle, die etwas abseits des großen Rummels sein wollen; wobei Strände und Touristenzentren schnell erreichbar sind. Das Haus eignet sich bestens als Standort für Ausflüge und Erkunden der Umgebung per Auto, Fahrrad und zu Fuß und natürlich auch zum "NIXTUN".
Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön; da genießt man das Frühstück oder das Abendessen draußen noch mehr.

Wir (2 Erw.) waren mit der Familie unserer Tochter dort (2 Erw. + 2 Enkelkinder) und waren sehr angetan von der guten Ausstattung und Grosszügigkeit. Hauptwohnung mit Pool und 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bädern sowie obere Wohnung mit großem Balkon und phantastischer Aussicht auf das Tal sowie Meeresbucht. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, viele Ausflugstipps haben uns geholfen, die Umgebung zu erkunden, auch der deutschsprachige Hausmeister war sehr hilfreich. Der Strand in der Nähe mit seinen Dünen erinnert an Amrum oder Juist. Würden jederzeit wieder die Ferien dort verbringen.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus, beide Male mit guten Freunden, die sich die kleine Wohnung gemietet hatten. Man macht zusammen Urlaub und doch kann jeder für sich sein.
Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, sowohl außen als auch innen. Alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Von der Terasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über das Tal bis zum Meer.
Die Sauberkeit ist top, auch hier hatten wir beide Male nichts zu beanstanden.
Wir haben schon viel von der Umgebung erkundigt, und haben immer noch Ziele! Egal, ob man viel unternehmen möchte, oder lieber nur faulenzt, das Haus ist für beides ideal!
Wir werden bestimmt nochmal kommen!
