Detached Ibiza-style villa with stunning views. 150 m² of living space divided into 2 floors. Luxurious furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. On the ground floor there are a total of 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite. The living area and the bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace with pool via glass doors. This brings in a lot of light and creates a feel-good atmosphere. The large pool terrace with an infinity pool of 3.20 m x 11 m offers a fantastic view over Pego to the sea. 4 sun loungers, a cosy "lounge corner" and a dining table with gas barbecue on the opposite side of the terrace offer you every comfort for cosy barbecue evenings. The open living area on the ground floor with luxury kitchen, dining table and leather seating area is connected to the gallery on the upper floor via a staircase. The gallery has a big sofa and a smart TV with German satellite TV. This area is also air-conditioned and has a balcony. Villa Barbara has underfloor heating, so you don't have to do without a cosy warmth even on cooler days or in winter. Villa Barbara also has a separate flat of approx. 90 sqm in the basement with a further 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite, a living room and kitchen, which can be additionally booked for up to 4 people in conjunction with a booking of Villa Barbara.

Villa Barbara is located in an urbanization of the small village of Adubia. Surrounded by orange fields and mountain formations you have a wonderful view of Pego and the sea. The beach is about 10 minutes drive. The airports Alicante or Valencia are about 90km away. To Denia about 24 km. Bank, doctor, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in place. Supermarkets in Pego (about 3 km away). 325 sunny days a year, even in winter sunny, clear and mild.

Dream villa in Ibiza style
A beautiful villa that catches the eye as you drive into the holiday home development.
Here you can relax and enjoy absolute peace and a dream view down to the valley and the sea. This view from the terrace and from the infinity pool is simply fantastic.
The house is very well equipped, there is nothing missing, everything was in tip top condition.
Communication with the landlord is smooth and the contact persons on site, Tracy and her husband James, are always available, react very quickly and have many good recommendations.
A large supermarket is less than 10 minutes away from the house, here you can get everything you need. You can drive to Dénia, for example, to the marina and to Altea, where you can eat and stroll in the Old Town or on the promenade.
We took the train to Valencia, it couldn't be more relaxed. You can ask Tracy for more information about the train journey.
The beach is about 20 minutes away, if you arrive early you will easily find a parking space. Our daughter has been horseback riding for many years and here too we can make a recommendation, the "Club Hípico Benissa" riding stable is just over 40 minutes away, a great stable, very friendly staff and very well-kept horses. We contacted them through their website before the vacation and then communicated on site, top!
All in all, it was a very relaxing vacation in a great environment.

Dream villa with breathtaking views!
This villa can be described in 3 letters: WOW! Already when entering, one is fascinated by the amazing view from the large windows. You can already see it from the main access road below, towards the residential area... it is the most beautiful! We couldn't get enough of it, whether it was the sunrise in the morning, being able to see the sea during the day, or in the evening when all the lights in the village below were on. Birds are chirping outside and overall it is a quiet residential area. The seamless design inside the house is super modern and it feels great to walk barefoot. It takes about 8 minutes to drive to the nearest supermarket Mercadona and a few meters further is Aldi. Pego is a quiet place with little traffic, which pleased us very much. About 35 minutes away is Denia with its marina and many restaurants. It takes 20 minutes to drive to the nearest beach. So everything is in good proximity! The house is equipped with everything you need, has a good kitchen with good cooking utensils. Communication with the landlord went smoothly, he took care of us well from a distance, while 2 caretakers live just a few minutes' walk from the house and are immediately available if you need anything. We were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable right away. It's a shame that we only stayed one week. We highly recommend it!

Absolutely top!
The location and the equipment of this great villa are perfect, especially the great view towards Pego and the sea are a dream.
This is the second time we have stayed here and we would definitely love to come back. We would like to thank the landlord again for the great service, he really tries hard and makes sure that everything fits.

Villa Barbara is exceptional and offers a very good level of comfort.
You feel good there right away, (it's like being at home but much better!) The view down over the valley is incredible. Very calm and relaxing, a real crush ... we spent one week there at the end of July 2021 with the family and very much appreciated the comfort and the equipment (nothing is missing) the little details have been thought of to welcome you in the best conditions . Very clean, modern space. The pool is also cleaned twice a week. You can reserve it by closing your eyes! the owner Stefan is very human, professional, and responsive. And the property management team is located 50 meters below for all amenities. I recommand 100%!

Great vacation!
We had a great vacation in Villa Barbara! The house is top equipped, clean and the service and organization also worked great.
The fantastic view of the town and nature is unbeatable. There are shopping possibilities in the nearest town and the sea is also not far away.
We can highly recommend Villa Barbara and would love to come back!

Acht Tage durften wir in dieser traumhaften Villa verbringen, welche unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen hat.
Die Villa Barbara haben wir in einem exzellenten Zustand vorgefunden, war sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgesprochen gepflegt.
Zudem lies ihre Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen.
In ruhiger, ganz privater Atmosphäre genossen wir den weiten Blick auf die Berge und aufs Meer.
Im Vorfeld sowie Vorort stand uns jederzeit ein Ansprechpartner zur Seite.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir kommen wieder!
Wir kennen mittlerweile einige Ferienhäuser, aber hier hat jemand wirklich mit viel Hirn und sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man schließt die Tür auf und fühlt sich sofort Zuhause. Alles wirkt sauber, einladend aber eben auch behaglich. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, ich kenne kaum Häuser, die sogar einen Trockner anbieten. Supermärkte sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, ansonsten ist man verkehrstechnisch perfekt angebunden zu allem, was man im Urlaub haben möchte.
Die Korrespondenz klappte perfekt, alles sehr unkompliziert.
Gerne empfehlen wir das Haus weiter.

Relaxing holiday with family at a pleasant distance from the holiday hustle and bustle
In August 2018, we were able to spend two wonderful, relaxing weeks with our family in the Villa Barbara holiday home at a pleasant distance from the hustle and bustle of Denia. The house is equipped with everything a modern house should offer. Our children were very active in the pool. We enjoyed the peace and the view from the holiday home
As we spend 1-2 times a year on the Costa Blanca in Denia or Javea, we will most probably book this house again
I would also like to leave a big thank you for the before and after care here. We felt in good hands at all times.

Urlaubstraum ging in Erfüllung
Diese Ferienvilla ist etwas Besonderes. Sie sticht nicht nur durch ihre spezielle Architektur von der Umgebung ab sondern auch durch ihren einzigartigen Panoramablick bis zum Mittelmeer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit allen urlaubsnotwendigen Dingen ausgestattet.Im Ort selbst und in Pego gibt es Gastronomie u. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch zum Meer ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gern wieder kommen.
Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Erholung pur
Ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil in schlichter Eleganz bietet durch seine außergewöhnliche Architektur einen guten Ausgleich zur Hektik im Alltag! Der Panoramablick über Adsubia nach Pego bis zum Meer fasziniert uns immer wieder aufs Neue. Eine Ausstattung, die nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt und ein großer Pool in einer uneinsehbaren Lage, geben einem das Gefühl, etwas Besonderes erleben zu dürfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
