This detached holiday home with air-conditioning is located on the Spanish coast in Oliva, in the province of Valencia. The villa has 4 bedrooms and is suitable for families. The house is situated on a hillside so that you have a spectacular view of the rugged mountains and can cool off in the private swimming pool. The fully equipped holiday home features all modern comforts. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need including an oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the bathroom, you'll enjoy lots of comforts thanks to the bathtub with jet stream. Outside is also a good place to be. Besides the private swimming pool, there's a garden with terrace, loungers and parasol.
Visit the many authentic, nostalgic villages and the sea with with its kilometres of sandy beaches, which can be found another 15 minutes further by car. The centre of Oliva is 2 km away. Here, you will find a supermarket, restaurants and nightlife venues. A visit to Oliva is of course not complete without a day at the beach! Almost all of the beaches near the city are lively and feature all kinds of facilities like loungers, parasols and first aid. The most famous beach is Playa Pau-Pi. There are lots of things to do here. You can go sunbathing, swimming, you can have a nice drink at one of the beach restaurants and enjoy various water sports. In the harbour, you'll find many water sports companies. Somewhat quieter beaches are Playa Terranova and Playa Aigua Blanca.

We had a wonderful week! Beautiful house, beautiful location (car is a must). There was really nothing missing and as said before, even a well-stocked fridge on arrival :). Nice contact with the owner and with the "pool man". I cannot say this about the Belvilla travel organization itself. Not a single e-mail or telephone call has been answered by them. Nevertheless, I definitely recommend this house and we would like to come back!

We were received very hospitably by the owner. We received an extensive explanation. Groceries had already been done, we were welcomed with a full refrigerator! That was fantastic because we arrived late and had not been able to eat. There was also a manager / contact person who was very helpful and who immediately came by if we had questions or needed help. Many thanks for this!

Enjoyed a week of relaxing holiday this August. The house is beautifully situated with the beach and shops within driving distance. All the peace you are looking for can be found here. We were positively surprised by a full fridge on arrival. Lovely for a few days at the well-kept pool. We also went to Valencia from here for a day and several times to the beach. Furthermore, all facilities are present in the house for a pleasant stay. Had a great week!
