Description
A private property in the heart of nature, near Pego. The beautiful property is located on a plot of 20,000 m2. It consists of a main house and a separate guest house. The property is for sole use and can be occupied by up to 7 people. More than 10 cars can be parked on the property.
Behind the main house is a private garden with pine trees where the swimming pool is located. The pool measures 12 x 6 metres and is equipped with Roman steps and a beach. The pool has pool lighting that can be used by the tenants. The pool has a filter system with chlorine. There is 1 sun lounger and 1 Balinese lounger and an outdoor seating area by the pool. The pool is screened from view. A cold outdoor shower is provided. There is air conditioning in each of the rooms and in the guest house.
The 2-storey main house has a twin bedroom on the ground floor, WC with large shower. On the upper floor there is the dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker and has enough crockery and cutlery for 6 people. Next to the dining room is the living room with a comfortable sofa and SAT-TV with German channels. And a wonderful terrace with a view, as well as a bathroom with WC and shower. Internet connection via Wifi. The house can be heated with air conditioning or wood fireplace. On this floor there is another double room with a double bed (the bed has a mattress size of 0.90 x 1.90 metres) and a single bed (the bed has a mattress size of 1.35 x 1.90 metres) and a bathroom with toilet and large shower tray. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Access to the terrace with magnificent views of the mountains and the sea!
The independent guest house has a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with cooker with ceramic hob/gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker as well as enough crockery for 2 people. Adjacent is the bedroom with two single beds (the beds have a mattress size of 0.90 x 1.90 metres), a sofa, a TV with German SAT-TV and a beautiful terrace with a view, as well as a bathroom with WC and a shower tray. Internet connection via WLAN.
Supermarkets and the village centre are approx. 3 km away, the beach is approx. 12 km away, shops are approx. 5 km away, bars/restaurants are approx. 3 km away.

the finca is perfect
The finca is perfect for a relaxing holiday amidst orange trees, a quiet location but close to a very nice sandy beach. Everything is immaculate and well-maintained, the garden is huge with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea.
