A verdant garden is a heavenly place to relax, sunbathe on one of six sun loungers or take a refreshing exterior shower. In the midst of the garden stands out the big, 10.5m x 5.2m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.1m and 2.2m. Two natural fish ponds are the home of colourful fishes and water plants. The kids enjoy playing on the playground or the in the garden. A furnished porch with pool billiard is perfect for long family-evenings or having a tasty barbecue. On the upper floor, a terrace has wonderful views overlooking the countryside and green woods. This enchanting house is fenced and there are no direct neighbours.

The house offers accommodation on one floor and 250m2. At the entrance, a hall gives access to a cosy sitting room, where to watch a film on the satellite-TV. In the dining room you can share laughs and talks with your loved ones. The kitchen with A/C, vitro hob and TV (no satellite, only local channels) is well-equipped, providing all amenities needed for cooking. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (one with air conditioning) that have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a third with a single bed. The last two bedrooms also have shared air conditioning. Two more bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, complete the floor. You'll find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in one of the bathrooms. There's one cot and one high chair and we can supply another on request.

This distinctive house is just 1km from Inca, where you'll find everything you may need during your holidays, including good restaurants and supermarkets. Thursday takes place the traditional market, where to buy fresh fruits, vegetables and knick-knacks. If you like to be in nature, you can make a trip to the chapel of Santa Magdalena or the Monastery of Lluc. The north coast, especially Puerto de Alcúdia, is wonderful for a beach-day and it is about 25 km away. Furthermore, the coast is nice for cycling routes, spending a day in the water park of Alcúdia or just enjoy the fine grained sand beach. The north of Alcúdia surprises with small beaches like La Victoria and Playa de Sant Joan. If you're into golf, you can practise the perfect tee-off in Alcanada.

The fireplace can not be used. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 27 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 5 cars.

A very well maintained and beautifully designed garden with a large pool. The house was extremely clean and the rooms were well organized. The landlords were very nice and always available.

Ca Sa Nina is a comfortable house with a swimming pool, situated in a quiet area, well equipped, The garden is well kept and beautiful, you can see that the hosts put a lot of love into it (during our stay they came to water the plants), The house is spotlessly clean, the bedding and towels are perfect, the air conditioning works quietly (although there is none in the small bedroom, but that was not a problem), there are 4 bathrooms and a large kitchen, The hosts welcomed us with fresh fruit and wine, they were helpful during the stay, It is a great place for a family or group of friends, although a car is needed, The location in the middle of the island is a great starting point to visit the whole of Mallorca, There is a lot to see, from Valldemossa and Fornalutx to the Cuevas del Drach caves, I definitely recommend it!

Beautiful house, nice quiet area. lovely pool. 30min by car from airport and capital Palma.Inrichting is rustic Spanish, I wouldn't decorate it like that but it's right here. At least they have paid a lot of attention to it.There are 3 beds, 2 doubters so you have to have quiet sleepers .2 of the 3 rooms with air conditioning, 3rd room (1p) only fan. But you can also easily drag the 1p bed to 1 of the 2 larger rooms. Well-equipped kitchen, all amenities available, also with air conditioning. So cook what you want at home also cooks, doesn't sound like evenings, but my kids think it's delicious. Landlady comes by every other day around 19:00 to take care of the garden. That's handy or uncomfortable, just how you want to see it. It is best to drive from MA-2110 otherwise you can sometimes end up on very narrow paths. Centrally located on Mallorca so everything is reachable within an hour by car. 5 minutes by car from Inca where you can find several large supermarkets. If you still go wrong with something at home or on vacation, the Hyper bazar Inca in Inca is recommended, huge cleaning of action, flying tiger, xenos. Cheap umbrella for the beach, ball for swimming pool etc, etc and then even more. Mallorca is a wonderfully relaxed island with many nice places, beaches, markets.
