Arrival, key retrieved where we received 4 keys. That met our needs so we didn't ask further. Upon entering the house, the key to the apartment on the ground floor turned out not to be the 4 keys, so we used the apartments on the 1st and 2nd. That same evening I receive an email that they could not reach me by phone. They had since discovered that the 5th key should have been handed over as we had rented the entire house. Instead of bringing it (it was their fault) we were allowed to drive about 45 km to get it. I replied nicely that we did not come with the request to transfer the unnecessary cleaning costs, 1/5 of the total, together with the deposit. This still seems to me nothing more than normal. Some remarks about the facilities / equipment of the house. Hunau 2 Lamp in room does not work no heating in bedroom 2 door bathroom drags over the floor and makes so much noise that everyone in the house wakes brackets in fridge missing so you can not put bottles in the doorHunau 1 Lamp in room does not work paper cover is broken (also in other rooms) 2nd floor stop in bath is missing no suitable plug in kitchen standing lamp does not work and broken shower head not fixed door bedroom upper hinge defect.

The apartment looks good and is spacious. Pity that you do not get the deposit back, they even try to recover broken skirting on you afterwards

It's a nice house on a street with little traffic, no garden, but with a generous terrace. It gubt two parking spaces and parking facilities in close proximity also. Sweet little place with lots of restaurants and park and playground. Nice to stroll. The house itself has no gr0ßen common room is divided into 5 self-contained apartments, each with 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. A common staircase and unfortunately no bell system ... the pizza service must knock loudly -) Wireless internet is available on request from the landlord but possible. Thank you
