We had a wonderful stay in this charming holiday home in Oberkirchen. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center where we found some lovely dining options like Cafe am Museum. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our meals after a long day of skiing. The terrace was a highlight, providing a great space to relax in the evenings while enjoying the mountain views. I highly recommend it for families looking to explore the beautiful nature around Schmallenberg!

What a beautiful place! The mountain views from the terrace were stunning, and we appreciated the quiet area for a relaxing getaway. We also enjoyed some excellent local dining options nearby, particularly the Cafe am Museum.

I really needed good rest before I had to leave again, and I found that here. The house is only a hundred meters from the center, making shopping quick. Parking on-site made mobility easy without hassle.

Parking was easy and there is plenty of space inside with a pleasant atmosphere in the interior.

Arrived late in the evening, the house was already heated. Two bedrooms were sufficient for us for three nights. The proximity to the ski buses made exploring Winterberg very pleasant before we checked out in the afternoon.

The Key could be picked up by the owner who is about 20 km. Distance away from the holiday home. Sadly she was not at home at the agreed time and we had to wait half an hour before the key could be received. The attic in the attic was spacious but had limitations - the hotplate was very simple two pits camping hob Built into a 40 cm niche. Wide without hood (villa?). Unworkable whole so eaten elsewhere during our stay .- The house was located in the attic and very hot on arrival, this was not strange as the skylights were not provided with sunbathing bathroom frame was not of stained glass and not provided with a curtain and the like. The neighbors could take part if someone went under the shower !! Self-figured a solution .- The television picture was very bad and a table fell almost apart when it was moved .- Roof terrace was not connected to the holiday home and only via a detour. Very awkward! The terrace itself makes an outdated and messy impression.

Four nights at this spot, zero issues. Kitchenette worked fine, parking was on site, and the terrace offered some fresh air. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Clean place with two bedrooms and a small kitchen area. Quick access to bus stops about 200 meters away. Comfortable for the night and well maintained.

We had a great time at the holiday cottage! It was very close to the ski bus stop and the town center, which made everything easier. The terrace was perfect for grilling after a long day on the slopes. The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit slow, but honestly, we barely noticed it while having so much fun. The owners were really friendly, making us feel at home. We will definitely return for another winter getaway!
