The small Am Waldsee holiday park is just outside Clausthal-Zellerfeld. It consists of around fifty wooden log-houses of different types. The houses are around a lake and surrounded by woods. The lake is good for swimming. You can choose from the point house DE-38678-08 (pet-free: DE-38678-18) or the ground-floor variant DE-38678-09 (pet-free: DE-38678-19). All holiday homes offer the same level of comfort. They are different styles and are furnished with an eye for detail and individuality. This is a small park and half the bungalows are privately owned so it is usually quiet. It is an ideal base for discovering the Oberharz and for enjoying long walks through the National Park.

It started with the fact that we had booked a house directly on the lake and then received another. We were 2 adults and 2 children. Our adult daughter wanted to join us, but we were informed by email that this would not work because the house was only for 4 people. is designed. Now I have seen that the ms. No. 08, in which we were, is very suitable for 5 people. is offered ... Very annoying. The bedrooms downstairs are small chambers. A tall man (over 1.80) could hardly stretch out in the beds. The bed linen we rented was turned inside out, hardly folded properly, and lay on the beds. The beds themselves were crumbly and we had to clean them first before we could open the sheets. The shower was actually fine and big enough, but even when we closed the shower door completely, the water ran out and we had to wipe everything up first House looks neglected and loveless, especially from the outside. The lawn and the path to the garden looked neglected. On the positive side, checking in and out was very easy. Mr. Lutz was very friendly. The area is beautiful and the lake invites you to stand up paddling.

It was as we expected. Nice for with the dog, directly into the forest.Bedding well. Above what little space to the bed. TV has no WDR.Beautiful spacious living room. Car could directly for the accommodation. But that is not possible for all accommodation.

Very nice quiet park, great location on the lake, ideal if you take the dog on vacation. Beautiful location of the accommodation with ample privacy. Reception was often close and so no wifi. Also the restaurant in the park was closed during our stay due to holiday, which is a bit of a pity.

Blessed had a holiday, nice house, everything is there, one minus point, the steep stairs to the upper chamber, dangerous! setting was superb, you could go anywhere with your dog, even in restaurants, parks and stuff, a lot of opportunities to rest, to walk, nature was incredibly beautiful, shops also nearby, have done many trips to the surrounding villages, we have enjoyed this holiday

The cottage we had was completely renovated inside. The decor was great. Very cozy with tasteful accessories! Everything was new! There was even a washing machine, dishwasher, (in our opinion) induction with oven.De homeowner earned a pluim.Het was very hot all week, but we have a lot of area gezien.Het was some critical point, that the holiday was so poorly marked.

Did not get refined location. Dodge house was OK but no Nurdachhaus, so no direct comparison is possible. Trails around the holiday park were contaminated by a remarkable amount of dog feces. Friendly service by park management.

House looks nice. The device meets, but is somewhat outdated. The kitchen is very small (no dishwasher). Do not assume that eclipse is available in all bedrooms. Take your deposit cash with it, because credit card or debit card payment is not accepted. No wifi. No bread service or camp store, you will go to the bakery / supermarket should own (10 min walk: Marktkauf, am Ostbahnhof, Clausthal-Zellerfeld). There is a restaurant (for lunch). The park rents mountain bikes, but do not count on leisurely bike rides, before the slopes are too steep. Clausthal-Zellerfeld eo no bike landlord who had child was. In the adjacent lake you can swim in clean water. Lovely setting, in season anywhere wild raspberries and blueberries. Enjoy!

small park here and there some old-fashioned looking. the entire Harz can be covered from the park, the zoo hose to the shelter for bears, the raptor center to the climbing of Wippra. And you have a day not want to travel you can walk around Clausthal-Zellerfeld or swim in one of the many lakes in the area is rich.

We have a nice holiday in the Harz spent. The holiday house (no. 10) is newly renovated and looks good. Suitable for four peronen. One drawback we found the room to the bed on the first floor, this was very tight and the mattresses need to be replaced. A washing machine and dishwasher are available. We can sit. Several times on the spacious terrace in the sun There is plenty of space around the house and you have a pretty oblique view of the lake. Next to the house is an Italian restaurant where you can account for not much money eten.De area is very nice. We have made many trips and visited nice places. The nature is beautiful in the fall. Please note the gebruiktvan gas and electricity. The settlement comes afterwards and that can really add up.

The house smelled very musty, as if nobody had lived there in ages. The heating was loud and one of them was probably defective, it sounded like an airplane took off ... every night! That might sound funny now, but not if you want to sleep at night ... and want to spend your annual vacation there! We also couldn't look through the windows (VELUX) because they were so dirty! Well, probably not rented for ages ?! I cleaned 2 windows of it! Very simply furnished, as if they were looking for together, not really inviting! And the property as well as the house looked as if it wasn't particularly well looked after ... we had various comparisons! E.g. the steps from the house to the front door were extremely slippery and brittle ... absolutely not recommendable ... unfortunately, because the area is just beautiful and the Italian restaurant Lucania is a TOP restaurant, lovely staff and very good food!

We have used the park as a base for trips around Goslar, mining museum, camp Dora Nordhausen, churches, museums. Not my thing but it is a beautiful setting for the real biker or cyclist. Also walk. Many height differences so beautiful views and vistas. The park has only one reception and therefore less suitable for young children but slightly older and with swimming diploma can be enjoyed swimming in the lake. Also great for rowing boat. Through the trees is despite the nice temperatures (around 26) is in the house cold. Had a good holiday.

The cottage was clean, the beds are too small and no curtains on the windows, which gave the impression that we were in the shop window. Moreover, not all houses lacked the curtains. We were unlucky. Furthermore, it was a quiet park and the reception people were nice.

Great area for walking. The peace and quiet in nature do you good. With our two dogs went to stay fine, and the nearby pelvic offered wonderful opportunity to swim. The cottages are somewhat outdated qual device, and not spacious, but that was more than offset by the environment

The weather did not cooperate, but by Christmas it was nevertheless cozy. We slept under the stairs because the dog could not. The beds down there were very short and the bedroom very small .My husband is 1m 88centimeter, so that was a problem.
