Description
The family-friendly holiday home now presents itself in a new look: From now on, enjoy not only a completely renovated bathroom with large shower area, LED lighting, towel heating and integrated radio, but also the comfort of a cosy fireplace! In addition to a completely new kitchen including oven and dishwasher, additional windows were installed to make the living room more welcoming. The living room was not only equipped with a new 120 cm flat screen TV, but also with a new living room furnishing including new floor coverings. Due to the extension, the holiday home now has 72 sqm² and is now suitable for max. 5 persons, as a new bright room was created on the ground floor. On the ground floor is the open kitchen with direct access to the living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and a 4-hob cooker. From the living room, you can access the south-west facing garden via the terrace, which was newly laid in 2018.
Upstairs is a master bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony with lake view. From here you can enjoy a cup of morning coffee or an evening drink. On the same level is a children's bedroom with two single beds that can also be moved together to form a double bed.
In front of the living and dining room is a south-west facing terrace with direct access to your own sheltered garden. Garden furniture, parasol and sun loungers are available. The car parking space is in the immediate vicinity, so that unloading and loading of your holiday luggage is possible without any problems.
This cosy and modernly furnished domicile is suitable for a romantic holiday as well as for a relaxed recreation with children and/or dogs. You can also spend your fishing, skiing or active sports holiday here. In addition, a children's travel cot, a children's high chair and a sledge are available at no extra charge. A very stable and powerful WLAN connection, which is also free of charge, guarantees the connection to the Internet.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday park is on the edge of town on the shore of a lake. The shallow beach is ideal for bathing children. Until the swimming area, walk about 100 meters. On the other shore of the lake is a forest resort located (free entry) with a playground and beach volleyball, and rowing boats for hire. The park itself offers a very special atmosphere - right after Betretten feel you are on vacation. Immediately behind the park of beautiful pine forests with numerous hiking, biking and recently Nordic walking trails, most of which are signposted and lead along harzer ponds. From here you can find some, dating from the period of mining, dams reach around Clausthal-Zellerfeld on foot or by bike. In winter more developed hiking trails and cross-country trails start with connections to the entire Harz trail network. The story goes back to the 10th Clausthal Century ago and began as a small settlement, then called Hermitage. Zellerfeld story that begins with the founding of the Benedictine monastery in 1150. Both places were determined by mining in 1930 finally came to a halt. The landscape in the Upper Harz near Clausthal-Zellerfeld is characterized by partly artificially during the heyday of the mine ponds.
