Location and surroundings of object
You have wonderful LAKE VIEW from the house and can be used in the summer months wonderful (shallow shore) Baden. In winter, the lake is presented in a dress made of ice and snow. A beautiful natural sight. Just outside your door, the rough "Harz National Park" covers (easy access to the nearby chunks) with a wide range of hiking trails. The mountain town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld offers a range of restaurants and shopping and strolling.

a little paradise
The holiday home is very comfortably furnished with a wonderful view of the lake and in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location. Wonderful to slow down from the stressful working day and to relax and gather new strength during long walks along the many lakes. The spacious terrace invites you to sunbathe and in the evening you can watch the beautiful sunsets with a nice glass of wine. The surrounding hiking trails can also be reached in short distances, enjoy the wonderful nature and simply let your soul dangle

House by the lake in the winter wonderland
The "Haus am See" exceeded our expectations.
The arrival was easy: unload the suitcases and carry them into the house.
Then we immediately took advantage of the location of the house by the lake: a walk through the snow to a small sledding hill.
The way to the playground is short.
The children could use the downstairs room. The parents felt very comfortable upstairs
Snowed in, it was so cosy.
Clausthal-Zellerfeld offers so many possibilities for families.
On the second day we used the toboggan hill at the Robinson playground.
Thanks to a tip from the landlord Mr Fricke, we had a really great hike.
We will come again :-)

Great ferin house
We were very enthusiastic about the "Ferienhaus zum See" and will gladly come again. We were able to relax very well. The house is very comfortably furnished. Nothing is missing. What we particularly like is the mountain hut feeling. Lots of natural wood, oak beds, everything just like in a real mountain accommodation. And then there is the lake view. A dream. The house is super hygienic. Everything is tip-top. It was not easy for us to say goodbye. We would love to come back!

Schöner Urlaub
War ein sehr schöner Urlaub im Harz. Das Haus ist dicht am Badesee. Man kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

ihr hat ein Wunderschönes Häuschen am See,
die Lage ist TOP, Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es für mehrere Urlaube bei Euch.
Wir werden wieder Buchen da man nicht alles besichtigen kann außer man hat 1 Jahr Urlaub.
Ihr seid Top Vermieter. Das Haus ist mit Liebe ausgestattet, es ist sauber, es fehlt an nichts.
Was ganz toll ist, dass der See wirklich nur 20m entfernt liegt!!!
Wandern von eine halbe Stunde um den See bis zu 2 Std. um alle 5 Seen durch die Wälder sind wunder schön anzusehen. Ein Top Urlaub!!!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Super Lage, weil der Ferienpark am Rande von Clausthal-Zellerfeld liegt.
free time activities: Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind genug da , mit dem Auto alles in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen, schade nur das kein Ferienprogramm für Kinder im Ferienpark angeboten wird.
shopping facilities: Aldi, Markkauf, Netto 1,2 Km in 10-15 min zu Fuß.
Lidl 2,2 Km alles ist mit dem Auto in 5 min zu erreichen.

Ein wunderschöner Sommerurlaub
Ersteinmal möchte ich mich im Namen meiner Familie rechtherzlich bei der Familie Fricke bedanken, dass sie uns so einen schönen Urlaub ermöglicht haben.
Ein sehr netter Vermieter.
Das Haus ist mit Liebe ausgestattet,es ist sauber, es fehlt an nichts. Was ganz toll ist, dass der See wirklich nur 20m entfernt liegt!!! Alles in Allem ein ganz toller Urlaub!!! Wir kommen wieder !!!

shopping facilities: Zu Fuß etwas weit, aber mit Auto in 5 Minuten da.

wunderschöner frühlingsurlaub......
nach sehr freundlichem und persönlichem Vorkontakt kamen wir in einem hübschen kleinen ferienpark an. Das Haus liegt nur ein paar Meter vom See entfernt....Es war ruhig, entspannt und sonnig....und dazu noch sehr günstig....vielen dank noch mal für den tollen service...außerdem hatte das haus auch eine tolle Ausstattung.....Nur Empfehlenswert. Schönen gruss an Herrn Frick Claudia und Marius

Einfach toll!
Wir haben im Mai 2010 wirklich super schöne Tage in der Hütte verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, alles ist da!
Super Küche, modernes, sehr sauberes Bad, viel Platz (wir waren 4) und sogar Fernseher und Radio (für Regentage auch mal ganz gemütlich!). Die Ausstattung ist wirklich super und es ist an technischen Geräten alles da was man braucht.
Und das i-Tüpfelchen ist der Vermieter, der mit ganz viel Leib und Seele und viel Freude sich um seine kleine Hütte am See und seine Gäste kümmert!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Wunderschön am See gelegen, ruhige Lage am Wald und trotzdem nicht weit zu Supermärkten, etc.
free time activities: Der Harz bietet einfach für jeden was, egal ob Jung oder alt!
