Needed a clean place for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped. Nothing extravagant, but a solid stay.

Ski bus stop very close, so getting around solo was simple. Plenty of room to store gear without hassle.

Sufficient space for everyone and thanks to the heating, we stayed nice and warm after skiing. Good price-quality ratio for a large group close to the center.

A short ski weekend here worked perfectly with plenty of space in the living areas and easy walking to the lifts. The rooms were comfortably furnished and created a pleasant atmosphere.

A good house in itself, also for larger groups. Great location, private parking, and ski room. However, some investment should be made again. For example: beds and cabinets are partly falling apart and mattresses are worn out. No wine glasses available, reluctantly received only after inquiries. No toilet paper available, must bring your own. At least a few rolls could be provided until one has the opportunity to do some shopping.

Very pleasant, well-equipped house. We had a nice holiday there. Good amenities (ski room, kitchen, etc.). Parking is also good. Recommended for groups!

It is a spacious house with complete privacy. It is a bit outdated, but it was fine for us. A washing machine and small freezer would be a welcome addition! We also missed the provision of baby beds and towels; we had to bring those ourselves. Furthermore, we had a very nice week in Kappl!

The holiday home was quite functional, It provided ample space and had everything we needed for our stay, The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean, We appreciated the proximity to the ski bus stop, which made getting to the slopes hassle-free, While the decor was a bit dated, it added a certain charm to the place, Overall, it was a pleasant and practical choice for our ski trip, Would consider staying again if we were in the area

The house was huge, enough space for all 15 of us! The kitchen was super helpful for cooking large meals. The only downside was that the WiFi was quite slow, but honestly, who needs it when you're in such a beautiful place? Skiing was very close, and the boot warmers were a lifesaver!

We had a great time in the vacation home in Kappl. The location was excellent: just a few steps from the village with nice pubs and restaurants. We spent the evenings on the terrace with wine, enjoying the view of the mountains. A bit cold at first, but it warmed up nicely. We would definitely return!

Great location! A few minutes by car from the ski lifts and close to excellent restaurants, like Huisleralm. The house was well maintained and had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely return.

This place exceeded our expectations! The owners were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The hiking trails nearby were a highlight, and we even found some great places to go biking.

We had an amazing time in this spacious vacation home! The kitchen was perfect for our family gatherings, and we enjoyed our nights on the terrace with stunning views of the mountains. The location is great for skiing, with the bus stop just a short walk away.

This vacation home is a whole vibe! Spacious enough for a group of 20, with a chill terrace for sunset. The kitchen? Total chef goals. Moreover, it's close to the ski lifts and pubs, a big win. Would definitely come back!

Great house. Ski bus stops at the top. Also been here in 2020 with a group of friends. Now 4 years later I think that the mattresses in certain rooms need to be replaced. Still sleeps fine.

A very cold house in winter. Drafts and minimal working heating meant that we were sitting in the kitchen with blankets. For a 20-person house is one fridge too little. Again, no wine glasses, only after insisting available. Good ski room for storage and parking are pluspunten.Skibus to Ischgl alone with stops!

A spacious house, nicely decorated and very clean on arrival. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of crockery, glasses, etc. for the group. Plastic cups for the children had been useful. Wine glasses were not present, check with the landlord we got a story that we should be careful with the glass, cost € 2, - per glass. We still got the glasses. Parking lot was a sheet of ice, very dangerous, nothing done by the landlord, also the path to the house was careful smooth and pretty. Every day by car to the Dias Bahn is doable (5 minutes). Family friendly, organized ski!

We came up with 19 people. 9 adults and 10 children. The children could have fun, despite the fact that there is no Wifi. The adults will find the kitchen with multiple seating areas a good stay. The lounche / TV area was mainly used by the children. The location relative to the track is fine. The ski bus runs regularly, but not so much. We already knew Kappl and vi nden a great ski for kids and not so expensive. The cleaning we found quite expensive ie nearly E 400, - We have always used our stay by yourself to keep clean. Shame there was no washing machine. With many young children who have a full day on the slopes are, there is something to pity. The fridge is a little small for 20 people. The bedrooms and beds are fine!

Beautifully bright perfectly CLEAN and newly equipped. Correct class for large groups. Ski boot dryer, several showers toilets - everything perfect. Fab new recreation room with new kitchen - really great and no longer be seen again, against before! Parking for 4 cars in front of the house. Definitely recommended. Local support was fast, nice and friendly. Even after a short fuse failure was within 10 min. a helper on the spot and helped us immediately. We had a great holiday with lots of fun! Jürgen Bloch

Had a GREAT week! Thanks to the nice weather. Pity the cleaning costs € 20, - pp total € 400, - comes across as unreasonable. Like the two hand towels for € 5, -. Too little for 1 week. Bus stops in front of the door in the morning all good! You just have to walk back from kappl (+ -15min) upon return. Verders totally okay!

We had misunderstandings last year - they were professionally and very friendly and informed! - At this point a sincere Chapeau !!! On our requests was received and it was great, as the landlord helped us out of trouble when we suddenly had no more keys - thank you very much! Perfect hut for large groups - which sometimes make a bit of noise (music))) This year has still fit that we had Kaiserwetter! Best regards and thank you again! Jürgen Bloch

Landlord or carer extremely unfriendly to our women !! Already several years there, but still bad light in the shared bathroom. You can not shave, because no lighting over the mirrors. Also no hooks or shelves for towels or Waschbeutel.Zu chairs in the common area for 20 people. We had to sit on beer crates. We have called for this every year so far - but without success !!

We were here with a group skiing holiday in Ischgl. The house is spacious and well furnished. In terms of location is not ideal (quite a bit of walking to the bus or switch), but value for money is totally fine!

We have a wonderful holiday in Kappl had with our friends. We were 10 adults and 10 children and the house is really suited for. Spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms. By car you are within 5 minutes from the ski lift, it was very pleasant. On arrival the house was very clean, but it was also because here you pay 400 euros (!) For. Behind the house, the children could enjoy sledge of a natural water slide. In short, we have greatly enjoyed and will definitely come back.

The house is as described and very clean. A ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. Both Kappl and Ischgl ski areas are easy to reach. Arrival and departure went very smoothly and communication with the landlord was flawless. We have been there several times and very satisfied. The only thing to complain about is that it is very drafty in the kitchen/dining room and therefore very cold. Kind regards and see you next time.

We were able to check in early after a perfect trip. This was very nice, so we could still ski in Kappl in the afternoon. House is a 5 minute walk from the bus, which takes you to Ischgl within 10 minutes. Price / quality ratio is perfect. Sufficient hot water for showers and shared space for eating with a group. Wine glasses are missing, but for the rest super house for a group of winter sports enthusiasts.

Came with a group of 20 for a boarding holiday, the place was well located close enough to the local area and ski bus to ride in either Kappl or Ischgl. Good bars nearby and supermarket. House was perfect for a big group, we tend to be pretty noisy! Would definitely come back again.
