Resting near the Dachstein-West ski area, this is a splendid chalet in Annaberg-Lungötz. It is ideal for a family or a group, accommodating 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms.
During winter, the Dachstein-West ski area is a paradise for winter sports. The chalet is only 200 m from the forest. The nearest restaurant is also at 200 m if you would like to dine out. The local grocery store and the town centre are 4 km away. For a superb day out, the lake lies at 8 km.
A living room with TV, gas fireplace and CD player invites you to spend some quality time together. There is a balcony if you wish to enjoy some outdoor times. Childrens bed and high chair are offered to the little travelers.
The swimming pool and the two saunas, located in the main building in the middle of the resort, invite you to relax.

The opening hours of the sauna and swimming pool are not optimal. Staff are very nice.

Mooi huis. Goed schoon en zeer compleet. Wat een mooi uitzicht hebben we hier. Ook waren we zaterdag om half 10 s ochtends al hier, en konden we het huisje al in. Geweldig goed.

Due to the mandatory booster in Austria, it was not clear whether we could go to Austria at the beginning of January. Called the holiday park directly to see if we could rebook it for free. No problem if I could short-circuit this with Belvilla. Unfortunately, Belvilla asked 70% percent of the travel sum for this. Ridiculous!

The location is very nice. The free swimming pool was also nice. A washing machine was happily available although it wasn't in the description (we could only have saved a suitcase of clothes) The house is in need of a little renovation. Baseboards are broken. Sockets not properly attached. Stained sofa. Moldy shower curtain. Kitchen equipment took some getting used to. Unfortunately, no oven. You can argue about the taste of the pictures and the decoration. The price is ok for the off-season. I would only pay the price for the high season if the house was in a better condition. Many small defects that could certainly be eliminated quickly and inexpensively to make the guests more comfortable.

It is a beautiful and conveniently furnished detached holiday home. Beautiful view of the mountains, quiet location, near cable car.
