Relaxation directly at the nature reserve
Enjoy your holidays in our beautiful, idyllic and quietly situated non-smoking holiday home, which has a preferred peripheral location within the holiday home complex "Urlauberdorf". It is only 400 metres away from the child-friendly and 4-kilometre-long Baltic Sea beach. 68 sqm living space with two separate bedrooms and a large south-facing terrace offer every comfort for up to 4 adults and 1 child without pets. The house is accessed via a private road with no through traffic.
The living room offers you a modern corner couch with table and armchairs. In the dining area there is a large table with 5 chairs.
The living room and both bedrooms are covered with wood-look laminate flooring. The rest of the house is tiled: The windows in the bedrooms and in the kitchen have insect screens.
The large terrace is fully furnished with garden table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. Of course, we also have a barbecue for you.
The equipment includes, among other things, a modern flat screen TV and a stereo system with ipod docking station. The DVD player rounds off the technical equipment with a selection of films.
Fitted kitchen in the living room
A perfectly equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with ***freezer, 4-plate cooker with oven, extractor hood to the outside, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and plenty of crockery makes you want to cook.
Sleeping under a cosy sloping roof
In a large bright bedroom under a cosy sloping roof with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), new cold foam mattresses and adjustable slatted frames, sleeping becomes a pleasure. Here you have the possibility to additionally set up a baby travel cot. Allergy-friendly duvets and pillows are available according to the season and for guests who like to sleep in the dark, there are blackout blinds and pleated blinds in front of the windows. We also provide a small safe.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds (each 0.90 x 2 m) with bedside cabinets, a large wardrobe and a suitcase rack. A blackout blind is also fitted here.
Children are welcome
There are two highchairs, a footstool, a potty and a toilet attachment.
An extensive collection of games and books, Duplo bricks and building blocks will delight your little ones. In the storage room outside, a handcart, bobby car and tricycle await the little ones.
Modern shower room, washing machine, additional guest toilet
Both bathrooms are bright and have windows. A heated towel rail in the bathroom on the ground floor provides warm towels. There is plenty of shelving and storage and a cupboard under the vanity offers further storage space for cosmetics and bathroom essentials. Also provided are a washing machine and a hairdryer.
Next to the upstairs bedroom is another bathroom with toilet and sink.
Car unnecessary
Shopping facilities such as a bakery, the post office, Aldi and Markant can be found only 300 metres away. In fifteen minutes on foot you can reach the centre with a variety of good restaurants and nice cafés. You can easily park your car in the parking space belonging to the house.
Little things that are fun
We have dishwasher tablets and toilet paper for the first few days. We also have washing-up liquid, rubbish bags, cleaning products and hoovers. If something does get creased, an iron and ironing board are available. If something is missing, please contact our on-site caretakers.

Beautiful holiday home in a very quiet location directly on the edge of a nature reserve in the holiday home complex Urlauberdorf in the Baltic Sea spa resort of Boltenhagen in romantic Mecklenburg. The end-row house is situated in a row of 3 houses, is 68 m² in size and offers comfortable space for 4 to 5 people. Access is via a private road with no through traffic. This complex is particularly popular with families. Distances:

* to the spa and the "main shopping mile" 10 - 15 min. on foot The Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen is situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Baltic coast, between Lübeck and Wismar. It is one of the oldest seaside resorts in Germany and has developed steadily in recent years. The fine sandy beach sloping gently into the sea lies in a 4 km long sheltered bay and promises unadulterated bathing fun. Pleasant walks can be enjoyed especially along the imposing steep coast with a beautiful view of Boltenhagen Bay.
