Home Select International offers this house for rent and is located in the Port Rhodes sector. In the entrance of the house there is a corridor on the left hand side where on the left hand side there is a bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190), an extra bed, a small fan and a door to the garage. At the end of the corridor is a bathroom with a large shower, washbasin and toilet. There is a separate toilet on the right side.
Straight ahead there is the living room. The living room has a sofa and two armchairs with a coffee table, a television with French channels and a fireplace. Further down in the living room is the kitchen and the dining room.
The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator, a mixer, a toaster and a ceramic hob. The dining room has a large round table with a capacity of 8 people. To get to the terrace, go outside through the living room. The very nice garden has a view over the canal, there is a swimming pool (5x3, salt water), 4 sun beds, a 10 m long sunbathing area and an outdoor shower. It also has a table where you can eat up to 6 people and a barbecue.
If you go up the stairs, there is a first bedroom with two single beds (90x200), two bedside tables, two bedside lamps and air conditioning. In front of you there is a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet. On the right side there is a bedroom with two single beds (80x200), wardrobe and air conditioning. In between there is a door to the terrace. On the left side there is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), two bedside tables, two lamps, air conditioning and an exit to the terrace. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes.
There is also a terrace on the first floor with a table with 7 chairs, a parasol and two sun beds to enjoy the beautiful view of the harbour. To the right of the terrace there are stairs leading to the solarium to enjoy the beautiful weather to the full. In the garage you will find the washing machine, iron, ironing board, a fridge and a freezer.

Empuriabrava, well-known holiday resort, directly by the sea, busy town, good transport links 15 km northeast of Figueres, 150 km northeast of Barcelona, 35 km from the French border.
We can easily find supermarket, shops, butcher, bakery, post office, bank, restaurants, bars, disco, night entertainment, but what makes the difference is its charming residential marina with more than 30 km of navigable canals, where there is the possibility to rent a boat to visit the canals from the water. With its two 2 km long and up to 200 m wide golden sandy beaches it is the perfect place for a nice holiday. We also find the most important skydiving centre in Europe and the new wind tunnel to gain new experiences during your stay. But also all kinds of sports like horse riding, tennis and paddle tennis, kite surfing, diving, golf, jet ski ... Next to it is the water park "Aqua Brava" with the largest wave pool in Europe, which is ideal for a day trip for family or friends. You can also visit the " ButterflyPark ", where you can discover the fascinating world of butterflies, toucans, turtles, parrots and many other exotic animals on the paths of tropical gardens.
