This elegant two-storey fisherman's house is located in the Isla Cartago sector, a quiet area of Empuriabrava. In the entrance area there is a separate toilet with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and oven. Then there is a lounge area with TV and WLAN, as well as a dining table for 6 people. There is a covered terrace with a high table with stools, a small living room with sofa and 3 armchairs, a small barbecue, an outdoor shower and a salt pool (2.5 x 5 m) overlooking the canal. There is a mooring of 6 metres. On the first floor there is a bedroom (without air conditioning) with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a fan, which gives access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the canal. Next we find a suite-like double bedroom (with a 150x200 cm bed), air conditioning and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), air conditioning and a terrace overlooking the canal. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, WC and bidet. There is also a private outdoor car park 250 metres from the house, as access by car in front of the house is not possible. Groups of teenagers and dogs are not accepted.

Empuriabrava, well-known holiday resort, on the seafront, lively place, well communicated 15 km northeast of Figueres, 150 km northeast of Barcelona, 35 km from the French border.
We can easily find supermarket, shops, butcher, bakery, post office, bank, restaurants, bars, disco, night entertainment, but what makes the difference is its charming residential marina with more than 30 km of navigable canals, where there is the possibility of renting a boat to visit the canals from the water. With its two 2 km long and up to 200 m wide golden sandy beaches, it is the perfect place for a great holiday. We also find the most important skydiving centre in Europe and the new wind tunnel to gain new experiences during your stay. But also all sports such as horse riding, tennis and paddle tennis, kitesurfing, diving, golf, jet skiing ... Next to it is the "Aqua Brava" water park with the largest wave pool in Europe, ideal for a day out with family or friends. You can also visit the "ButterflyPark", where you can discover the fascinating world of butterflies, toucans, turtles, parrots and many other exotic animals along the paths of tropical gardens.
