The two-storied holiday house MATINA 1 is immersed between old and dense olive groves and is approx. 1km outside the charming city Kyparissia. The well-maintained residence with two apartments is in a quiet and idyllic location and close to the sea and the wonderful Farmaka beach. The holiday house is on a large, well-kept property with pine trees and many Mediterranean plants and flowers.
The practically furnished holiday apartment MATINA 1 is on the ground floor of the house. You have a beautiful view of the garden, however, only a partial sea view because of the dense olive trees.
There is direct access from the bedroom to both sides of the large, roofed circumferential terrace that can be used as an open living room. The bath is adjoining to the bedroom and the kitchen has a separate entrance from outside. The BBQ area in the garden is for the shared use of guests in both holiday apartments.
The wonderful sandy bay Farmaka is in only 150m walking distance and can be reached via a flat path and some steps.
This small holiday apartment is perfect for you if you intend to spend your holiday close to sea and nature, in a quiet and well-maintained surrounding. The charming Kyparissia with the idyllic small port, the beautiful beach bars and the historic quarter above the city makes a nice change to the quiet location of your holiday domicile.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, bestens ausgestattet, dank großer Veranda sehr viel Platz und liegt sehr schön im Olivenhain. Der Strand ist sauber und wunderschön, das Wasser glasklar. In der Wohnung war alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und kümmern sich um alles. Besorgen auch mal das ein oder andere oder haben gute Tipps für Tagesausflüge oder Restaurantbesuche. Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir waren zum dritten Mal hier und haben die Zeit wieder sehr genossen. Zum Entspannen auf der großen Terrasse oder in der Hängematte wunderbar geeignet.

Ένα υπέροχο σπίτι με τεράστιο παραμυθένιο κήπο, ήσυχο, δροσερό και με πρόσβαση σε απομονωμένη, σχεδόν, ιδιωτική παραλία. Τα δύο πανέξυπνα, χαδιάρικα και με πολύ καλούς τρόπους σκυλάκια (ο Μαξ και οι Σποκ) που φυλάσσουν το σπίτι, έγιναν οι καλύτεροί μας φίλοι. Οι οικοδεσπότες, καταπληκτικοί άνθρωποι με κουλτούρα, επαγγελματισμό και υψηλή αίσθηση φιλοξενίας. Οι παροχές, παραπάνω από επαρκείς και οι αποστάσεις από την αγορά, το πολύ ενός χιλιομέτρου. Ευχαριστούμε για το υπέροχο δεκαήμερο!

This place exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a calm and relaxing holiday, grab a book and look no further. Surrounded by trees lies this wonderful 1-bedroom apartment, with a large terrace, spacious bathroom and adjoining kitchen. Even on the warmest of days, the terrace was cool and filled with natural light. And nothing compares to falling asleep with the sound of sea waves in your ears. Although we didn’t use it, it’s worth mentioning that there is a BBQ in the garden with ample fuel provided. The secluded beach 7 min on foot and 25 stairs away with natural shadow from rocks. The town of Kyparissia is 1,5km away The owners are extremely hospitable, thoughtful and giving people and their two dogs are a delight to have around. We look forward in visiting again.

Ενας εξαιρετικος χωρος, μεσα σε ενα μικρο «ιδιωτικο δασος». Το ΜΑΤΙΝΑ 1 ειναι οτι ακριβως φαινεται στις φωτογραφιες. Η βεραντα το καλυτερο σημειο του σπιτιου, παντα δροσερο! Εξαιρετικοι οικοδεσποτες η κυρια Μαγδα και ο κυριος Λακης!καθε τοσο μας εφερναν καλουδια απ τον κηπο τους! Σας ευχαριστουμε για ολα! Ιδανικο μερος για οσους θελουν διακοπες ηρεμες κ απομονωμενες!

Very nice apartment, lots of space on the spacious outdoor terrace, super nice landlords, totally quiet except for the cricket chirping! Since we also rented Matina 2 at the same time, we also enjoyed the sea view and sunsets from the fantastic terrace above.

The vacation rental Matina 1 is located near the sea so you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The grounds are very spacious and green. The dogs on the property are very friendly if you give them a little attention. It is very useful to have a car for shopping and excursions. Magda is always available as a contact person for all concerns and very friendly and helpful. The apartment is well-maintained, clean, and tidy, and the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back!
