The large villa Sundowner Suites is built on a slope and therefore has 3 levels.
You will enjoy a wonderful sea view and outlook.
So far, we have rented our apartments individually. From now on, we offer you the entire house for rent. This way, you can enjoy your holiday with your fellow travelers in a familiar atmosphere, without having to share the house with strangers.
The villa offers ample space so that everyone can find their peace. At the same time, there are many opportunities to spend time together.

Here is a brief summary:
Our living areas are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. These include an unobstructed view of the pool and the sea, multiple kitchens, cozy living areas, free WiFi, and SAT/TV.
3 suites are on the lowest, the pool level.
Above is the main apartment with access to the second floor. There are enough parking spaces directly on the property.
Each of the 5 bedrooms is separate and equipped with air conditioning. (King size beds 180 x 200 - or) In the suites on the pool level, there is a fully equipped kitchen-living room (including a dishwasher), a bathroom with shower/toilet. In the main apartment, you will find the largest living/dining area, a spacious balcony, an ensuite bathroom with shower/toilet, a guest toilet, and on the second floor a bathroom with bathtub/toilet.
On the large terrace, there are enough sunny and shady spots to enjoy the holiday days. A large dining area to end the day together with everyone? Yes, you'll find that here too, even including the breathtaking sea view. In the evening, enjoy the sparkling lights of Kyparissia, the starry sky, and the tranquility.

Please note: Children from 7 years old are welcome. Due to the pool being freely accessible to guests, they should be able to swim or be secured with appropriate swimming aids. The location is unsuitable for small children.

Location and surroundings of object
The Villa Sundowner Suites is absolutely idyllic and quiet nestled above Kalo Nero just outside of Agaliani.
Thanks to the privileged location, guests of the suites enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding beautiful landscape.
You can’t get enough of the spectacular sunsets that change every day.
In 5 km you can reach the nearest beach, in Kalo Nero you will also find several restaurants by the sea.
The nearby small seaside resort of Kalo Nero offers several restaurants (of course also directly on the beach), a bakery, a pharmacy and a small, well-stocked supermarket.
There is a lot to admire in the area - Olympia or Ancient Messini, Methoni, Voidokilia or Pylos - just to name a few.
A traditional market selling local agricultural products is held every Saturday in Kyparissia and every Sunday in the nearby village of Kopanaki.

Arrival:
Arriving by plane you should fly to Kalamata and rent a car. The drive to your Villa Buena Vista takes around 1 hour.
If you travel with your own car, we recommend the ferry to Patras from either Ancona or from Venice.

Dream holiday
Two of us had one of the flats.
The location, the flat, the hosts were simply a dream! Getting up every day with a view like from brochures was magical
The flat was super equipped, had very good working air conditioning and looked very modern.
The pool was also a dream to jump into almost straight from the flat.
The nature was very idyllic and the surroundings were super quiet.
The bed was super big and comfortable!
The surrounding area down the mountain, which you could easily reach by car, was also very beautiful and you couldn't get enough of the good food in Kyparissia and Kalo Nero. More than suitable for a family as well as a holiday for two!
As a big plus, the hosts were always available if there was a question!
All around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars for the stay!

Very nice holiday flat, terrace with pool and fantastic view!
The two of us spent a wonderful holiday in the Castle Suite and felt completely comfortable. The large terrace with the great (very well-maintained) pool offers a truly incredible view of the sea and the surrounding olive groves and makes you immediately forget about everyday life
The modern air conditioning in the bedroom can be regulated so quietly that you can sleep very well at night. There are 3 holiday flats next to each other with direct access to the pool terrace - we will remember this for the next holiday planning and bring family or friends
The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't miss anything
The lovely beaches, shopping and tavernas are about 15 minutes away by car
We are already looking forward to the next time!

A perfect week on the Peloponnese
We spent a week in Agaliani and felt very comfortable in the Sundowner Suites. Beautiful, well-maintained flat with everything you need. Very large terrace (shared with the other two flats) with pool and stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains / olive groves. House/apartments are nestled in a very attractive cluster of holiday homes at Agaliani above Kalo Nero.
Beaches, shopping and tavernas are about 15 minutes away by car
Very nice hostess who took care of our well-being and was always available.
We will be happy to come back!
