Description
Your spacious holiday home was originally built at the turn of the century in the style typical of the houses of Berlin summer visitors at the time. In 2020, it was completely renovated and restored and now meets the high standards of modern holiday accommodation for larger families or groups. Up to 18 people (14 beds in 7 bedrooms, 1x extra bed, 3x baby beds) can find rest and relaxation here.
On the ground floor there is a large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you also have direct access to the partly covered terrace with sufficient seating for all residents. A barbecue is available as well as sun loungers to enjoy the sun.
Besides the 7 bedrooms, there are 4 bathrooms with shower, 2 separate WCs and an in-house sauna. Bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor are also suitable for guests with wheelchairs. There are 5 parking spaces in front of the house.
Free internet access via WLAN is available throughout the holiday home and also on the terrace.
On the large TV set in the living room, every TV programme becomes a communal experience. In addition, there is a TV in some of the bedrooms.
You can also enjoy the cold season here. The wood-burning stove in the living area creates additional cosiness when you return after a walk on the beach.
A washing machine and an ironing board with iron are at your disposal.

The approx. 230m² holiday home is only about a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. With its 42 kilometres, the beach on Usedom is the longest continuous sandy beach in Germany. The flat coast at the new pier and the steep coast at the wooded Streckelsberg offer variety worth seeing and experiencing. Usedom is an attractive holiday destination not only from the Baltic Sea, but also away from the sea. If you want to go hiking or cycling, Koserow is the ideal starting point and destination for exploring the surroundings, because the village with its fieldstone church in the old village centre is located in the middle of the island directly on the Baltic Sea.
Within walking distance of your holiday home are restaurants, a miniature golf course, a children's playground, a shopping market and a department store.
The location makes the holiday home an ideal base for an active family holiday.
