Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Sie ist sehr schön lichtdurchflutet und hat eine schöne Terrasse. Auch zu viert bietet sie ausreichend Platz.

Es war eine ttolle Zeit in Ihrem Apartment. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos und die Wohnung war gut zu finden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Wäschepaket ist super. Leider kann es eine Verletzungsgefahr beim Couchtisch und beim verlegten Laminat geben. Das Laminat ist an mehreren Stellen mit großen Spalten verrutscht und teilweise durch Nässe an den Rändern hochstehend. Der Couchtisch ist an einer dünnen Stelle der Tischplatte angebrochen. Der Esstisch ist nicht so schön anzusehen, weil sich dort die Oberfläche auf der Tischplatte teilweise ablöst.

It was a great time in your apartment. The key handover went smoothly and the apartment was easy to find.
The beds are very comfortable and the linen package is great.
Unfortunately, there can be a risk of injury with the coffee table and the laminated flooring. The laminate has shifted at several places with large gaps and partly has raised edges due to moisture. The coffee table has cracked at a thin spot on the tabletop.
The dining table doesn't look so nice because the surface on the tabletop is partially peeling off.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. The flat is modernly furnished and the kitchen contained all the necessary utensils. I have to make some deductions about cleanliness: the terrace was not swept and the terrace table was stained/not wiped. The outside area is used just like the flat; here, too, attention should be paid to a tidy appearance. In the bathroom there were toothbrush cups that were not cleaned and still contained residue from the previous tenants. The handwashing soap dispenser was not refilled. Perhaps an extra rubbish bag could be left, only one for a week is very tight.
