Description
The brand new holiday home in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow was completed in 2021 and can be a holiday home for up to 14 guests. On the generously designed ground floor, you will find a spacious dining area adjoining the full, open-plan kitchen, from which you can access the light-flooded and partially covered terrace. The living area can provide entertainment, communal enjoyment or cosy tranquillity with its large TV or wood-burning stove. An in-house sauna is also part of the equipment. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a bed. In two of them a baby cot can be added on request.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor.

Location and surroundings of object
The approx. 220m² holiday home is only about a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. With its 42 kilometres, the beach on Usedom is the longest continuous sandy beach in Germany. The flat coast at the new pier and the steep coast at the wooded Streckelsberg offer variety worth seeing and experiencing. Usedom is an attractive holiday destination not only from the Baltic Sea, but also away from the sea. If you want to go hiking or cycling, Koserow is the ideal starting point and destination for exploring the surroundings, because the village with its fieldstone church in the old village centre is located in the middle of the island directly on the Baltic Sea.
Within walking distance of your holiday home are restaurants, a miniature golf course, a children's playground, a shopping market and a department store.
The location makes the holiday home an ideal base for an active family holiday.
