The living room, dining room and kitchen make a large, spacious and open living area, with lots of light, large windows and a garden exit. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Villa Lucy is located in a quiet village in Istria near the sea (only 13 km). The private pool of 32 sqm is in a huge private garden of 450 sqm.
The location is ideal - 5 minutes' drive from Poreč.
The area is filled with good restaurants and good people.
Parking is guaranteed within the facility.

Cancellation terms:
- If you cancel your holiday booking, we will provide a 100% refund if the period you booked is re-booked and finalized by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if and when this occurs. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2023 or 2024. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Oasis of peace
House to feel good and switch off from everyday life...oasis of peace...everything you need is there and e.g. Porec and Rovinji only approx. 20 or 30 min away.
Super nice big well kept pool!
