Newly built Villa Bonazzi (200 m2) is equipped to offer you everything for a first-class vacation in Istria. The large pool surrounded by sun loungers is located in a fully heated garden and thanks to the well-equipped outdoor terrace you don't have to leave the pool all day.

The house is spread over two floors. The first floor has a hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room, toilet and a room with private bathroom.
On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
On the first floor there is a studio apartment with a separate entrance and consists of a large double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom.
In total, the villa can accommodate 8 people. All rooms are air-conditioned and the living room has underfloor heating.

The days in this area are sunny and warm, and the nights are peaceful with a beautiful starry sky.

The villa is located in the western part of Istria, in the village of Bonaci, 9 km from Porec.

In Porec you will find everything you need for a quality vacation: supermarkets, banks, post office, restaurants, entertainment and beaches.
The first market is only 1 km away and is located in Baderna.

The nearest beach is in Porec, but we recommend you to explore the beaches all along the Istrian coast.
