Villa Giovanna Poreč – Your private oasis for a holiday in Istria
Villa Giovanna is a modern and comfortably furnished holiday home with a private pool, located in the peaceful Istrian village of Fuškulin, near Poreč and beautiful beaches.
It is intended for up to 4 people and is ideal for families, couples, or friends who want to enjoy peace, privacy, and a relaxing holiday.
On the ground floor there is a spacious and bright living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with access to a covered terrace, garden, and pool. There is also a separate toilet and a small storage room.
Upstairs there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, providing guests with extra comfort and privacy.
A special advantage of the Villa is the spacious, fully fenced yard with a private pool of 32 m², sun deck, loungers, outdoor shower, and barbecue. The covered terrace is ideal for meals and gatherings outdoors, while the garden hanging swing offers a special corner for relaxation.
Guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, and private parking within the fenced yard with automatic electric gates.

Once the guest has paid 30% of the agreed amount for the booking, the reservation becomes valid and the booking process is considered complete. Accommodation costs include: water, gas, electricity, internet, as well as bed linen, towels, final cleaning of the interior, and maintenance of the pool and exterior. A deposit of €200 is required upon arrival at the house and will be released upon departure. If the reservation is canceled between 59 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the paid advance will be charged. If the guest can find another guest as a replacement for the same period, at the same price and under the same conditions, the owner will transfer the reservation to the new guest immediately upon written receipt of all necessary information and will send a written confirmation thereof. According to the guests’ wishes, the number of persons can be increased up to the maximum capacity of the facility, if announced at least 3 (three) days before arrival. Upon arrival, guests must present their travel and personal documents in order to be registered at the tourist office. Arrival time must be between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., and departure time is up to 10:00 a.m.

great week in Fuškulin...
We had an extremely great week in Fuškulin ... Starting with the very friendly reception (with a well-stocked fridge) to the sparkling clean house and the wonderful garden with pool ... everything simply fit perfectly all around.

Fabulous villa and charming hostess
Sanija was the most amazing hostess, nothing was ever too much trouble and she even managed to sort out access for us to watch Wimbledon and the World Cup.
The villa itself was spotless, well stocked in all areas and the welcome basket was fabulous, and the much needed air conditioning worked brilliantly.
The pool and outdoor area was wonderful and we enjoyed spending time there swimming, reading and relaxing.
My only suggestion would be to have some occasional lighting in the kitchen diner area rather than having to use the over head lighting all the time.
Highly recommend the villa and Sanija as the perfect hostess.

A great villa in a quiet location
The villa is located very quietly, you can enjoy absolute privacy every day. The house is excellently equipped and absolutely matches the description. Everything was very clean and well arranged. We really enjoyed the vacation and sincerely thank our wonderful host Sanija!

There is no better hospitality.
We were received very warmly. The refrigerator was filled with Istrian ham and cheese varieties. There were also drinks included. A wonderful place to relax. Anytime gladly again.

Dream vacation!
We can only recommend Villa Giovanna and its lovely host Sanija. Upon arrival, everything was already prepared for our physical well-being, food, and drink; one could say it felt like returning home to Mom. The house is very clean, and it has everything you need. Angefangen beim sehr freundlichen Empfang (mit gut gefülltem Kühlschrank) über das blitzsaubere Haus bis hin zum tollen Garten samt Pool ... es hat einfach rundherum alles hervorragend gepasst.

Bei Ankunft war schon alles für das leibliche Wohl essen, trinken für uns vorbereitet,
man kann sagen wie wenn man zur Mama nachhause kommt. Das Haus sehr sauber man
