Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a holiday area in the quiet village of Boiensdorf. Your holiday resort can be the starting point for discovery tours to the island of Poel, the beaches of the Baltic Sea resorts of Rerik, Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm and Warnemünde, as well as the towns of Lübeck, Schwerin and Rocstock.
The natural Boiensdorf beach (with snack bar in summer) is about 1500 metres away. The bathing area is particularly suitable for children due to the shallow water in the shore area, and there is also a children's playground directly on the beach. There is also an excellent spot for surfers/kiters, although there are no restrictions on bathing due to the separation of the areas. The surf school is located in the neighbouring village of Pepelow.

- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

Our holiday flat offers you convenient and flexible access via a keybox. After successful booking and payment, we will send you an access code by e-mail, which you can enter at the keybox on site. The keybox is located at the front door of the holiday flat and gives you access to your temporary home without having to meet a landlord or receptionist. This gives you the freedom to set your own arrival time and not have to worry if your arrival is delayed. We hope that this convenient access will allow you to have a relaxed and pleasant journey and enjoy your stay with us to the full.
