The Lindenhaus offers optimal comfort on 78 sqm with enough space for up to 6 people : a very large bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, 2 armchairs, table and music system, a separate colourful and great room for the little guests with 2 single beds, cuddly toys and toys. There is also a cot, high chair, stair guard, washing machine, Wi-Fi and free bicycles. The holiday home was planned very generously, open and bright. Wooden floorboards and beautiful tiles, sunny warm wall colours, tasteful furnishings with a wood-burning stove for the cooler evenings and many small loving ideas make it a real gem. From the cosy living room with its cosy couch, TV corner, small library with music system and perfectly equipped kitchen, you can access the terrace, where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast and, later, magnificent sunsets. Here you can also retreat to a small corner with deckchairs, to dream, to read, to relax - with even more peace. And your dog will also find a perfect favourite spot everywhere !!!

Location and surroundings of object
Northwest Mecklenburg and its Baltic coast , the Klützer Winkel - a region that is still a bit secretive and reserved, with picturesque, sometimes somewhat rugged cliffs alternating with fine sandy, endless beaches, a hinterland with wide fields and small woods, villages and old churches, manor houses and castles offering a lot of culture. There is much to discover - in spring at the rape blossom, when all of Mecklenburg shines and smells - or in autumn, in the colourful whirl of leaves - or again and again.
The old Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Lübeck (each approx. 40 km) are easy to reach from Groß Schwansee, and day trips to Hamburg, Rügen or the Müritz are also easy to plan. The seaside resorts of Boltenhagen and Travemünde (15 km each) are ideal if you need a bit of hustle and bustle after so much peace and tranquillity.

If you are forced to cancel your stay at Sonnenhaus and need to cancel your reservation, we will, of course, try to rent out the apartment again. If we are not fully successful in doing so, the following cancellation terms will apply: - Up to 6 months before the start of the trip: Cancellation is free of charge - 6 to 2 months before the start of the trip: 50% of the contractually agreed rental fee - Less than 2 months before the start of the trip: 75% of the contractually agreed rental fee

If you like to be active, go cycling. The coastal cycle path is freshly built, very varied and you can always look at something interesting in between. Or just relax a little on the beach. To the west you come to Priwall and by ferry to Travemünde, to the east the path now goes through to Boltenhagen. But there is more to do: horse riding, golfing, surfing, diving, sailing - there is plenty to do, get going!

Beautiful quiet vacation
My wife, our dog, and I had a wonderful vacation with Mrs. Sommerfeld. We spent 2 weeks in the tranquil and truly beautiful Groß Schwansee. The sea was within walking distance, and in the village itself, one can buy various things from different residents (honey, eggs, etc.), but for everything else, you definitely have to drive a bit. This did not bother us as we were aware of it in advance. The holiday apartment is nice and spacious, furnished with everything needed for everyday life. We did not miss anything and could relax and enjoy the vacation. The location is an excellent starting point to explore the beautiful Baltic Sea and its towns. Absolutely recommendable!

Family vacation
The landlords were super friendly upon our arrival and welcomed us immediately. The house looks just like in the photos from the inside. However, the outside area looks a bit different, as there is now a house on the adjacent property to the left. The landlords' cat is very affectionate and likes to visit when the terrace door is open. After a few days, she also knew when we had breakfast and would sit waiting at the door for us to let her in. We would gladly spend our vacation there again.

hier schreibt Ihnen Giovanni, der super liebe Kater, der immer gern bei Ihnen zu Besuch war und artig auf seine Streicheinheiten gewartet hat.
Das Haus nebenan, übrigens kein Ferienhaus, sehr gepflegt und inkl. der beiden Auffahrten ca. 8 m entfernt, wird von ebenfalls sehr netten Leuten bewohnt. Dort habe ich auch die Aufsicht und bin immer willkommen ! Und der Außenbereich vom Lindenhaus mit seinen wunderschönen Rosen und der kleinen Sitzecke ist doch wirklich auf den Fotos auch gut getroffen. Gemogelt wird bei mir nicht, da passe ich schon auf !
Ich hoffe, Sie irgendwann mal wieder zu sehen und verabschiede mich mit einem gepflegten

Holiday House
The equipment of the house is very good. The landlord lives next door and can be reached at any time for questions. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the right place. I can only recommend the holiday house. FYI: Vodafone and O2 network only have Edge reception inside the house. The Wi-Fi only works sporadically. Something should be done about this or it should be removed from the description. Regards, Lothar Peter.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und Weiterempfehlung ! Wir haben umgehend 2 Repeater angeschafft, die demnächst im Einsatz sind. Und wenn nicht alles so wirklich optimal ist - r dafür gibt es als Ausgleich viel Ruhe und die Möglichkeit zum Entspannen. Und dann funktioniert auch alles wieder !
Aber wir werden mal die Tipps verfolgen, die Sie uns gegeben haben.

All around great!

Sommerurlaub
