Welcome to our private Finca "Casa Carretero" on the sunny Costa del Sol.
Spend in our exclusive holiday villa in a fantastic location with stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean to Rincon de la Victoria and Málaga. Your best weeks of the year
Casa Carretero was built in 2003 on one level and has a floor space of 203qm on a 7400 sqm terraced and landscaped with tropical plants plot.
All rooms are arranged around a Moorish-themed open courtyard. This has the advantage that the bedrooms are completely separated by the courtyard.
With its 3 separate bedrooms the house for 6 persons is designed. It also has 2 bathrooms one en suite and a large kitchen that merges open to dining and living area.
From the living area takes you to the fully glazed, south-facing lying 88 sqm terrace. Here all discs can be opened in the summer, so summer and winter the impression of sitting outdoors. It opens up here a phenomenal view of the sea and the mountains. In the evening you can enjoy wonderful sunsets and then watch the twinkling lights of Málaga.
Around the house there are several cozy sitting and reclining, thus always be found even when fully booked a retreat. On the large terrace area to the side of the house is a cozy covered seating lounge and additional chairs with a large umbrella and pool area is adjacent chairs still a romantic four-poster bed with an unobstructed view of the sea. Here you can let your dreams run wild ...
From the upper terrace area you have a view of the pool, which provides on warm days for a pleasant cooling.
In addition, the upper area is fenced, so as to ensure that our young guests can unsupervised access to the pool.
Also for the colder season the house is very well suited, since it has insulated walls (not of course in Spain) have and all living rooms have floor heating. Casa Carretero is located in a prominent location in the south of Spain in Andalusia in the province of Málaga in the area of Axarquia at an altitude of about 550m above the village Moclinejo. Nestled in a mountain ledge it is sheltered south facing with terrace. The surrounding area is Natural and provides for hikers direct paths from the house for long walks.
In the villa you can feel completely undisturbed, as the land is not visible by the elevated position and there are no neighbors in the near vicinity are.
The approach to the house is from the exit 256 Rincon de la Victoria after 2km Benagalbon and then 6km on the good road to Moclinejo. It opens up here already beautiful views of the mountains. After Moclinejo, at the entrance you are met by our moderators, it goes after a nearly 180 degree sharp bend again somewhat steeper high. It follows a 1 km long concrete path. The last km piece is the way not concreted and in some places a little bumpy. As city dwellers, the path is perhaps used to. But if you have reached the entrance and can enjoy the view of the property and the view, you will feel like in another world. We even rent a compact car category including: Citroen Berlingo.

Pure relaxation
Everything was really top-notch.
The arrival with the rental car went smoothly thanks to Antonio. The villa is very well maintained and has everything. The surroundings are a dream. New Year's Eve at 24 degrees was fantastic.

We are enthusiastic "multiple" holidaymakers :-)
If you like it familiar, Spanish, warm, well-equipped, clean, friendly and good on-site support in case of queries, HERE is exactly the right place! This was the second time we came with our children (9,12,14) and we were very satisfied. The house has a fantastic view, is safely located and after a short drive you can find everything else your heart desires: airport, car rental, restaurants, quiet or lively beaches, water parks, sports, culture, Spanish flair, shopping markets a la discounter and traditional weekly markets. Corona didn't put a spanner in the works either, in fact our hosts patiently responded to every request and helped out wherever possible. Therefore, we send a big THANK YOU for a relaxing holiday and a: we'd love to come back!!!

Good recommendation from Mr. Wagner on which rental car would be suitable for us.
Best description from the host on how we would find our way from the airport to pick up the rental car and then meet in Moclinejo with Antonio (the property manager). Everything worked out perfectly.
At the meeting point in Moclinejo, Antonio awaited us exactly as described, with joy and punctuality.
Antonio led the way to the finca/Wagner and we followed. Since we are from the Allgäu region, the mountain pass and the unpaved road were completely normal and absolutely no problem.
When we arrived at the finca, his wife welcomed us just as friendly.
They explained everything technical and worth knowing to us in detail.
An extremely comprehensive information folder from Mr. Wagner was ready for us to review everything again and included many other tips. It couldn't be done better.
The location of the finca: It is located about 500 meters above sea level in the middle of the mountains and is absolutely secluded. Peace, you can't hear anything and even better, you don't see any people.
From the finca, you have a view over the green mountains to the valley, the town of Rincon de la Victoria by the sea, and you can see as far as Málaga. The view is fantastic.
Now to the finca: It is very well maintained and very beautiful, with all the necessary kitchen equipment. You feel very comfortable in everything and you can tell that everything is very personally furnished. At this time of the year, the large terrace with sliding glass doors is closed, so it becomes a very nice conservatory, and in the summer the windows are pushed aside to create a large open living terrace.
If there are any questions or if you need help, Antonio and his wife are always there to assist you, as well as the host family Wagner.
In short, everything is going smoothly.

Dream vacation, dream holiday apartment is correct.
Not much new ;-). Meeting point in Moclinejo, a very small and very pretty village. An approach that we know from other houses at this altitude. A driveway to the house that already looks very elegant. Like everything at first, second, and last glance. Let's leave out the description of the incredible view for now. The equipment: Mr. Wagner has not missed anything at all here. We used things in the kitchen that we don't even have at home. Top-notch leisure entertainment as well as the entertainment. A manager, Antonio, and his wife. Two very kind and nice people who always give you a good feeling. On the day of departure, my wife only wanted to separate from this place with force. Reluctantly, with a tear, she eventually came along.
