Description
This spacious detached house is quietly located in the village of Keldenich with approx. 800 inhabitants and has three bedrooms for a total of 6 people. The living room with open kitchen has a fireplace, a piano with silent function, underfloor heating, balcony, a large adjoining Siematic kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, large fridge and separate large freezer, with induction hob and 300 degree Gaggenau oven and a separate dining room. There is a large playroom in the attic with table football, games, books etc. as well as a sauna area with separate shower/WC. Outside, a garden awaits you, this is completely and exclusively at your disposal with summer house, wind-protected dining area with dining table and chairs, Hollywood swing, whirlpool, large gas barbecue, with its own playground. In a separate house wing (staff wing) there is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board. A laundry service is included with bed linen, bathrobes, hand and tea towels as well as shower and sauna towels. The minimum stay is 4 nights.

Location and surroundings of object
The property is located on the edge of the Eifel National Park, surrounded by forests and fields with individual farms where you can buy fresh 2a pasture milk, yoghurt, cheese and eggs. The villa is very quietly situated in the 800-inhabitant village of Keldenich in the municipality of Kall, in a quiet street with only one- to two-family houses. It is only a few metres to the forest, the air is wonderfully clear and clean, the surroundings are dark and thus the sky is full of stars.

Children from the age of 2 are welcome, smaller children please do not, as the house has a marble staircase without child safety locks. Additional guests may only be received after consultation with us. No sprawling parties or events may be held, so rentals are generally made to families rather than 6 individuals.

Beautiful villa with sea view
We and our dog felt very comfortable in the villa. Nothing was missing. A beautiful house with everything you need. The large garden is very beautiful and well-kept, and with the hot tub, simply fantastic. The hostess, Mrs. Wassong welcomed us very warmly. We will definitely come back.

What an incredibly beautiful property this is! Tidy and clear with attention to space and luxury. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you can imagine. From potato peeler to food processor. Delicious coffee from the bean machine! Fridge with lots of space and a separate freezer. A bathroom where you can dance. And a house where you can get lost. You can stay here quietly, even if the weather isn't so nice. And... don't forget the Jacuzzi. There were 5 adults and 2 dogs there. And we didn't get in each other's way. Highly recommended!!!! Also with small children. Because they can play in the garden on the swing, the climbing frame, etc.

Very nice house, nothing was missing...
We were 3 people staying in this house for 5 days, we really liked it, our dogs also felt very welcome. The house is perfectly furnished and there was really nothing missing.....we had amazing weather and made full use of the pool.
A completely successful vacation.
We will gladly come back.

Perfect hiking wellness holiday
There is a lot of space in the large house, it is very clean and you feel right at home!
Everything you need is there and the beautiful nature is right outside the door. It is the perfect place to hike, enjoy and relax.
PS: If you like action, you can visit the very good paintball facility (Paintball Jungle)! It takes 20 minutes to get there;)

Pure relaxation
We had 2 very pleasant weeks in this large holiday home. What is immediately noticeable is that it really is spotlessly clean everywhere, right into the farthest corners. The large kitchen has everything you need and we used the great fully automatic coffee machine extensively. The whirlpool is of course the highlight after a day out. The beds are extremely comfortable, although the pillows could be changed. The main bathroom also deserves a mention, the very large shower makes for a very pleasant stay. The second bathroom on the 1st floor is a bit outdated, but that's because it's in the "old" part of the house and probably hasn't been renovated. The house is very well located, you can practically start walking right from the front door. Cologne, Bonn and Aachen etc. can be reached by car in about 1 hour. There are great, new bikes available for use. All in all, we were very satisfied.

Highly recommended
We stayed with our child and dog for a week in this beautiful property. We didn't want for anything. A great garden for the little one to play in, the house was absolutely clean and beautifully furnished. It should be emphasised that our dog was no problem at all for the landlords
