Description
The holiday home with private parking space is located in the well-kept holiday complex Fabiola Beach Park in Wenduine, between Wenduine and Blankenberge with very good shopping facilities, directly by the sea, only separated by a coastal road. The sea is unspoilt, the beach is kilometres long. With living/dining room and large 7.5 Kw night storage heating, which gives you cosy warmth, 4 sleeping possibilities (a double bed upstairs (beds 90 cm x 200 cm), a single bed upstairs (90 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa bed 150 cm x 200 cm with memory topper downstairs), shower room with bath, separate WC, hallway, kitchen (fully equipped a. o. with large refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.). the kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, icebox, toaster, Jura-Impressa coffee machine etc.), TV with satellite TV, washing machine and tumble dryer. Equipped with games, hairdryer, garden with garden furniture and Hollywood swing.
The internet connection (also WLAN) is included and at your unlimited disposal (no limited tariff)
Attention - fisherman's houses have wooden ceilings and you can hear it when someone is walking around upstairs. The fishermen's houses are all relatively small, because you have a sloping roof on the upper floor. These houses are designed for 6 persons, the maximum occupancy is five persons (including children from 6 years)
Dogs are welcome. Smoking is not allowed in our houses.

The fisherman's house is an ideal starting point for beach walks to the vibrant Blankenberge with its marina and large pedestrian area or to the small seaside resort of Wenduine (1 km each) and for trips along the coast to Knokke and Oostende (e.g. by tram). De Haan is 10 km away and the cultural city of Brugge is only 20 minutes away by car. For cycling tours, there are ingenious cycle paths. The oldest 18-hole golf course in Belgium is 10 km away. The shopping possibilities in Blankenberge and nearby Brugge are abundant, there is a weekly market in Blankenberge and the gastronomic offer has something for every taste
Fancy some history? Then relive the procession of the Holy Blood in Brugge, which has taken place every year on Ascension Day since 1970. The ritual was first mentioned in 1291
Can it just be a holiday? Relax on the natural beach of Wenduine or walk along the beach towards Blankenberge, take a small ferry there (€1 per person) or take the tram to turbulent Blankenberge with its numerous beach bars with playgrounds, bouncy castles.... You will find wonderful relaxation there - especially with children. You have to pay for sunbeds, but the great seating is free of charge. You just order a drink (cocktails from Sun Beach are highly recommended) and your children can play there all day on the bouncy castle and the playground, while you can relax wonderfully under the parasol
For active holidaymakers, the Boudewijn Park in Bruegge is just right. In addition to an indoor skating rink and inline skating rink, you can see the animals' showmanship in the dolphinarium
No sailor's yarn, but a wealth of maritime discoveries awaits you at Seafront in Zeebruegge. Find out about the underwater world, fishing, the history of the local coast, the former Zeebruegge harbour,...

With the help of old utensils, Gallo-Roman finds, photos and posters you will get a picture of the past of the municipality and the area. In addition to scheduled events, Blankenberge offers you plenty of variety with the appearance of dance and music groups, beach games, children's pageants, street entertainment, demonstrations of old crafts, organised cycle tours and nature walks.

Perfect!
We were here for the 2nd time, and the positive impression has been confirmed. A very well-equipped and clean accommodation (Saeco fully automatic coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc.) with short distances to the beach and the tram (just under 10 minutes with our dog - without a dog it would probably be faster ;-)). Important for dog owners: fenced property! Communication with the landlord: very pleasant, uncomplicated, and fast via WhatsApp. The next stay is already being planned...

Nice cozy accommodation
Great location, with direct access to the sea (600 meters). The dogs also feel comfortable here.

A vacation as one desires it.
The house was clean and spacious, bicycles were available which we gladly used. We didn't miss anything here.
Any questions or concerns were promptly answered by Mrs. Wassong.
In 5 minutes you are at the sea with a beautiful sandy beach, in 25 minutes in Wenduine or Blankenberge. You can choose whether to walk along the sea or use a hiking trail.
All in all a very nice holiday, we would love to come back.

Pure relaxation!
Father, mother and dog had relaxing days in the beautiful cozy vacation house. Fully fenced, even our dog enjoyed the vacation! The premises are very well maintained! We didn't miss anything! Everything is available that you need for a good start to your vacation. Vacation feeling from the first minute! The contact with the landlady was uncomplicated and very, very nice. Especially great is the proximity to the beach. Via a really nice bridge you can quickly reach an undeveloped natural beach section! Great! The sound of the North Sea, fresh North Sea air and beautiful clean beach quickly make you forget everyday life. The location is very good for taking advantage of surrounding leisure activities or strolling or enjoying a drink on the beach!
We will gladly come back and recommend it gladly!

Relaxing days on the coast.
Very well-equipped holiday home. Quiet location in a well-kept holiday park. Only a few minutes' walk to the beach. If you want, you can leave your car in the parking lot (right next to the house) and explore the area by coastal tram (stop about 10 minutes' walk away).
We were there with our 2 dogs - simply perfect! (Enclosed garden!)
Communication with the landlady was pleasant and uncomplicated. Highly recommended - unfortunately, you can only award 5 stars.

Perfect holiday with children!
I was allowed to stay in this wonderful holiday home with my family of four and I must say that it was absolutely perfect accommodation for us. We felt at home from the very first moment.
The house was super equipped and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and cosy, we all slept like on clouds after long walks on the beach :)
One of the highlights was the beach bars in Blankenberge with bouncy castles and playgrounds. Parents can unwind there while the kids play, dig, jump, romp, slide and have a great time.
The location of the house was also perfect. It was quiet and peaceful, yet only a short drive away from many attractions we wanted to visit.
I definitely recommend this cottage. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be back!

Holiday home holiday with super feel-good factor
We stayed in this great holiday home for 14 days in July 2020. The fisherman's house is very lovingly and completely furnished - there is really nothing missing! When on holiday in holiday homes, I am often bothered by the lack of kitchen equipment - here, everything is really available and, above all, in tip-top condition. The cottage itself is very well maintained and not a bit musty (like some others...)
The contact with the landlady is very nice and completely uncomplicated
The park is very well maintained and definitely something for those seeking peace and quiet. It takes less than five minutes to walk to the beautiful, spacious beach, where dogs are allowed even in high summer.
To cut a long story short, we will be back!

Beautiful Pentecost holiday
As a family of four, we were able to spend a beautiful and relaxing Pentecost holiday in the well-equipped, cozy holiday home. The sea is a 5-minute walk away and unspoiled along this coast. No 10-story hotel towers have been built on the beach there like in nearby Blankenberge. Bruges is always worth a visit and Brussels is also easily accessible. The support was uncomplicated and very accommodating. We returned home refreshed!

Beautiful and quietly located fisherman's house.
We spent Easter in the beautiful Fisher House and are completely satisfied. The location is just perfect, you can't say more. The facility is also very nice and quiet. Unfortunately, we did not find a bakery to get breakfast, but we were only there for 4 days and had a lot planned to see. The house itself is top equipped and has everything you need, nothing is missing, and it is definitely large enough for 4 people. The garden has a pleasant size and is very well maintained, absolutely beautiful. Our dog felt very comfortable inside and outside and didn't want to leave before we did. We will gladly come back because we really enjoyed it.

Great short holiday
We, 3 adults with 2 dogs have spent a great short holiday here! The equipment of the house really left nothing to be desired! Just as the contact with the landlords! We can only recommend the house and will certainly come here again for a few days (this time with a little more sun in our luggage)

Holiday home in top location with charm
We spent an extended weekend with two adults, two children, and a Labrador. The house lacks nothing, and the special feature is that you can use all freely accessible things (Barbie play corner, geomag magnets, kitchen supplies (for example, we ran out of noodles on the holiday), etc.). Everywhere you can feel the personal touch and the "good spirit" of the owners. Solid wood furniture, wind-protected terrace, and a Jura coffee machine are rarely found in vacation rentals. The location is excellent, you cannot live closer to the beach, in 5 minutes you are by the sea. Aldi can be reached in a few minutes by car, Blankenberge has all the shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants you need and is 3 km away. The communication with the landlady is uncomplicated, prompt, and exemplary, we have never experienced the handover and organization (where do I find what, how does it work) so perfectly. 1 with a star and we will definitely come back!

We found a cozy cottage with very good amenities. It was perfectly maintained and cleaned, and as non-smokers and non-dog owners, we had no issues. The location on the edge of the park with quick access to the unique bridge leading to the beach was great. Communication with the landlady was easy and very friendly. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub
It was a very nice vacation with 2 people and 2 big dogs. The holiday home is located in a beautiful park and is very well equipped. There was really nothing missing, and you could immediately relax or explore the surroundings. Especially with dogs, the house is highly recommended. The garden is sufficiently large and fenced in at least 1.50m high. The beach area is beautiful and not crowded during our travel time. The "steep" stairs were no problem for my dogs either. Beautiful towns and shops are also quickly accessible. I'll be happy to come back, we quickly felt at home. My expectations were definitely exceeded. Thank you for that! !

Relaxed Short Break
We felt very comfortable in this house. Our dog did too. The furnishings are good and everything is clean.
For tenants, there is also a nice folder with all information and recommendations.
The location is great, you can reach the beach in a few minutes. There is a bridge that leads to the beach. The first view of the sea is fantastic.
Blankenberge and Wenduine can be reached in a few minutes.
Also, the handling and correspondence were always quick and problem-free. We will definitely come back.

- very nice, well-equipped house with a cozy atmosphere (personal touch)
- The only deduction in terms of value for money is because we were there during peak season - otherwise it was absolutely worth the price
- The location is great: about 3-4 minutes leisurely walk to the beach (the bridge over the road is right outside the door). After Blankenberge (a very beautiful city, quite lively), it's a 2-minute drive; you can also walk along the beach, about 30 minutes.
- The arrangement with the landlord was uncomplicated, friendly, and quick.
- We had our dog with us (a German Shepherd, not small) and got along great, both in the house and on the beach and in the area (so really recommendable with a pet).
- We drove home totally relaxed after a week.
- We would love to come back.
