Welcome to the Bergisches Land!
Enjoy the fantastic view of the lake from the large terrace of our holiday apartment 'Agger-Blick I' and let yourself be enchanted by the reflections of light on the water surface as the sun sets over the horizon – this is pure vacation and relaxation! Your holiday residence is located in a separate annex in the basement and consists of a large living room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with a counter, a large bedroom, and a newly renovated bathroom with LED backlighting and a large rain shower. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed and a folding bed for the 3rd and 4th person.
A huge, covered and fenced terrace with grill, large... Awning, sun loungers, and patio heater are available for your exclusive use.
The apartment has underfloor heating and is suitable for people with house dust allergies.
(Maximum occupancy: 2 adults & 2 children or 3 adults)
Your hosts live on the upper floor of the main building and are always available for your needs.
Our second holiday apartment "Agger-Blick II" with 2 bedrooms is also located there. Ideal for an unforgettable holiday with friends... Both apartments have free shared access to our wellness "infrared heat cabin" sauna several times a day for private use.
An infrared sauna, compared to a Finnish sauna, is much less strenuous due to the lower temperatures (max. 60°) and can therefore also be used by people with heart & circulatory conditions as well as children. Try it out sometime. . . . . . And in summer, our 2-person "sit on top" kayak (which can also be used as a stand up paddle board) is also available for you to explore the reservoirs.
Or you can go on a bike tour and explore the beautiful nature with our two 28" trekking bikes!
It is important to us to create a cozy atmosphere with warm tones and many accessories, so that you can feel comfortable. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and the kitchen offers everything you need for good cooking.

If there are new travel bans this year or existing ones are extended, there is a special right of termination with a 100% refund.

Simply beautiful
A very nice, clean and lovingly furnished holiday flat. Super view of the lake. A great, quiet location. Very nice hosts. We are definitely not the first and last time here.

Especially beautiful!
The Aggerblick holiday home impresses with its large terrace overlooking the Agger reservoir. An amazing view, it simply blew us away. In addition, there is the really stylish and modern flat with lots of little extras. It is furnished with everything you need and more.
We will definitely come here more often to feel completely at home.

Short break with a dream view
We had come for a short vacation and were positively surprised in every way. The reality far exceeds the images on the internet. The terrace is the highlight of the very well-equipped and lovingly furnished apartment. The house is slightly elevated, providing an incredible view over the Aggersee and the surrounding landscape. Having breakfast on the terrace with this view is a delight. Cycling around the lake, hiking, or simply enjoying the view from the terrace, we can only recommend. We will come back!

Your hosts are Martina & Roland Hüttebräuker, married for 25 years and have 2 children, who do not live with us anymore. We are 49 and 53 years old and live near the Ruhr area in the beautiful Oberberg district Since 8 years we own this holiday flat and in the last years with our two daughters we have had a lot of nice holidays in Liznjan. Croatia has become our 2nd home in that time and we have learned to love country & people. At the beginning of the year, we had a we bought a smaller apartment in the village and therefore offer the apartment "Weitblick" for holiday guests.
