The house is suitable for 2 adults and is a non-smoking house.
The living room is equipped with a nice big sitting area, a flat TV, DVD player and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. An open kitchen with a comfortable dining area is adjacent to the living room.
The bedroom has a 180 cm wide double bed. Behind the house is a beautiful screened terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and parasol. Storage for bicycles in the shed at the house.

The house has a screened patio with garden equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. The site has about 200 square meters. One Car Parking is located in front of the house. The house can accommodate 4 people. House description below: The house is situated in the quiet resort area Heiligenberg. Recreational activities such as walking, hiking, sailing, surfing, diving, cycling you will find nearby. Easily accessible excursions such as Panorama Park, Fort Fun, Karl May Festival Elspe by car. Water sports, fishing at the door at the Lister or car in a few minutes on Bigge.

Everything super !
Cosy little house with a view of the Listersee. The area is very quiet, you can really relax here, will definitely come back.
I can only recommend it.

Wonderful !!!
We are "repeat offenders" were already in house 51 and this time in the 49,
everything is clean, really tip top, beautiful furnishings and as a welcome gift homemade cake...just delicious. What more could you want !!!! Even when it rains, the Listersee/Biggesee in the Sauerland is worth a visit !!!! We will gladly come again!!!

A successful hiking holiday with beautiful evenings on the terrace and cosy atmosphere in the house. The only drawback...no wifi.

Simply very beautiful once again
We stayed with the Hermanns family in May and August 2018. It is a small beautiful cottage, very clean very nice landlords. We will definitely come back. It is very quiet, you can do a lot. And we were lucky with the weather both times

I will be happy to come back!
A cosy little house in beautiful nature. I especially liked the small garden with no view. A small green oasis with lots of peace and quiet. Ideal for a little time out. You find everything you need. The only drawback for me was that there was no Wi-Fi and I had no network. A small fence would be nice so that the dog can't run away ;-)
