Welcome to the Bergisch!
Enjoy the fantastic view of the lake from the large terrace of our holiday flat 'Agger-Blick' and let yourself be enchanted by the light reflections of the water surface at sunset over the horizon - this is pure holiday & relaxation!
Your holiday home is located in a separate annex and consists of a large living room with integrated, fully equipped kitchen with counter, a large bedroom and a small bathroom with floor-deep shower corner and large rain shower head. In the living room there is also an additional sofa bed for the 3rd & 4th person.
A huge terrace with barbecue, large awning, sun loungers and radiant heater is also available for your sole use.
The flat has underfloor heating and is suitable for house dust allergy sufferers.
Your hosts live in the neighbouring house 15 m away and are always available for your needs.
Directly next to the holiday flat is our holiday home "Agger-Blick" with 2 bedrooms. Ideal for an unforgettable holiday with friends... (Maximum occupancy: 2 adults & 2 children or 3 adults)
Both flats share our wellness "Infarot-Wärmekabinen"-Sauna several times a day for sole use.
Compared to a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna is not as strenuous due to the lower temperatures (max. 60°) and can therefore also be used by people with cardiovascular diseases and children. Give it a try......
And in summer, our 2-person "Sit on Top" kayak (which can also be used as a stand-up paddle board) is ready for you to explore the dams.
Overland, you are welcome to use our two 28" trekking bikes free of charge for exploring!
For us, it is important to create a cosy atmosphere by using warm tones and lots of accessories so that you can feel at home. The flat is very comfortably equipped and the kitchen has everything you need to cook well.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday flat is located on the southern edge of the old town centre of Liznjan on the 3rd floor (centre) of a multi-family house with 9 flats.
Ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. Right next to our property are the fields and meadows of the farmers from the village.
Produce can be bought directly in the village. It couldn't be fresher. In the immediate vicinity are all the shops of daily life, such as several mini markets, bakery, bank, post office, pharmacy, butcher, hairdresser and in summer a fruit and vegetable stall in the harbour.
The sea can be reached at a distance of about 1.5 km. You can choose between the gently sloping sandy beach of the lively neighbouring town "Medulin" or the unexplored natural coast on the eastern side, where you will often find a spot for yourself even in summer.
The city of Pula is about 12 km away. Besides all the major supermarket chains, here you will also find the second largest amphitheatre in the Mediterranean and the old town with its city gate.

Simply beautiful
A very nice, clean and lovingly furnished holiday flat. Super view of the lake. A great, quiet location. Very nice hosts. We are definitely not the first and last time here.

Especially beautiful!
The Aggerblick holiday home impresses with its large terrace overlooking the Agger reservoir. An amazing view, it simply blew us away. In addition, there is the really stylish and modern flat with lots of little extras. It is furnished with everything you need and more.
We will definitely come here more often to feel completely at home.

Kurzurlaub mit Traumblick
Wir waren zu einem Kurzurlaub angereist und wurden in jeder Hinsicht postiv überrascht. Die Realität übertrifft die Bilder im Internet bei weitem. Die Terrasse bist das Highlight der sehr gut ausgestatteten und liebevoll eigerichteten Wohnung. Das Haus liegt etwas erhöht, wodurch man einen unglaublichen Blick über den Aggersee und die umliegende Landschaft geniessen kann. Ein Frühstück auf der Terrasse bei diesem Ausblick ist ein genuss. Fahrrad fahren um den See, Wandern, oder einfach nur den Ausblick von der Terrasse aus geniessen können wir nur empfehlen.

"Tolles Zuhause"
Tolle liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf die Agger.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Tolle Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet, mit tollem Blick auf den See. Groß gewachsenen Menschen könnte das Bad eventuell zu klein sein. Uns hat es nicht gestört und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Top Ferienhaus. Bei gutem Wetter tolle Badegelegenheit. Zum wandern tolle Lage. Weitere Möglichkeiten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einfach toll und erstklassig Austtattung der Wohnung und 1a Kommunikation mit Mieter. Nur zu empfehlen. Auto ist zwingend erforderlich.

Leider waren Sie anscheinend mit der Sauberkeit nicht ganz so zufrieden, was uns etwas wundert, da wir da sehr großen Wert drauf legen.
Um uns verbessern zu können und die Mängel in Zukunft abzustellen, wären wir sehr dankbar, wenn Sie uns ein paar Informationen hierzu geben könnten.

We are 49 and 53 years old and live near the Ruhr area in the beautiful Oberberg district Since 8 years we own this holiday flat and in the last years with our two daughters we have had a lot of nice holidays in Liznjan. Croatia has become our 2nd home in that time and we have learned to love country & people. At the beginning of the year, we had a we bought a smaller apartment in the village and therefore offer the apartment "Weitblick" for holiday guests.
