We offer our private holiday apartment for a relaxing and nature-loving holiday, far away from the mass tourism of the well-known tourist strongholds such as Pula, Medulin, Porec and Rovinj.
For us it is important to create a cosy and Mediterranean atmosphere through warm tones and many accessories, so that you can feel at home.
The apartment is very comfortably furnished and the kitchen offers everything you need for cooking.
On the large balcony with the lateral sea view you can enjoy the beautiful sunset in the evening.
Or you can sunbathe on our sun loungers, protected by the high balcony parapet.
The apartment consists of a living room with integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a bathroom with round shower, a small hallway and a large balcony, where you can have breakfast in the shade in the morning.
For the low season there is also a radiant heater on the balcony, because in the evening it often cools down quickly.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday flat is located on the southern edge of the old town centre of Liznjan on the 3rd floor (centre) of a multi-family house with 9 flats.
Ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. Right next to our property are the fields and meadows of the farmers from the village.
Produce can be bought directly in the village. It couldn't be fresher. In the immediate vicinity are all the shops of daily life, such as several mini markets, bakery, bank, post office, pharmacy, butcher, hairdresser and in summer a fruit and vegetable stall in the harbour.
The sea can be reached at a distance of about 1.5 km. You can choose between the gently sloping sandy beach of the lively neighbouring town "Medulin" or the unexplored natural coast on the eastern side, where you will often find a spot for yourself even in summer.
The city of Pula is about 12 km away. Besides all the major supermarket chains, here you will also find the second largest amphitheatre in the Mediterranean and the old town with its city gate.

Unparalleled view.
We felt very, very comfortable. The view alone is worth every cent. Our 5 stars say it all. The landlords are always there when you need them. Nevertheless, privacy is always ensured. In our case, the microwave was broken and was repaired within 2 hours. That's just one example.
We would have to write a book to describe all the positive aspects.
We didn't notice anything negative.
Once again, thank you very much for the great vacation.

Simply excellent!!!
We spent a week with our German Shepherd in this great accommodation. Such nice landlords. And the area is simply wonderful. There was nothing missing in the apartment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday apartment.

Everything the heart desires
We spent a weekend here in the holiday home. Well, the weather is not predictable. We would have liked more sunshine, but you can also keep busy in the house and make trips into nature. The view of the Aggersee is fantastic. Even if the few restaurants in the vicinity are fully booked (better to book early), the kitchen offers everything you need for cooking or baking. Larger shopping markets are a little further away (about 15 minutes by car), you should have some supplies with you. Otherwise, there is an organic farm nearby with advance booking (only open on Fridays) and fresh eggs and homemade jam within walking distance from the house in a log cabin, where you can also buy something on Sundays. In summer you can also use the outdoor swimming pool and a kayak for two people for a fee. There are also two bicycles available free of charge. A sauna (ATTENTION: not a Finnish sauna, quite small and subject to a fee) is shared by both the holiday flat and the holiday home. Board games are also available for boredom. But I don't want to advertise too much here, after all we want to come back again. Oh, the landlord is very friendly and immediately available for any questions and very communicative.

Great accommodation with an amazing view
We spent a long weekend in the holiday home at the Aggertalsperre.
Mr. and Mrs. Hüttebräuker were polite, courteous and responsive to us at all times. We got great tips on things to do and restaurants nearby.
The flat is particularly impressive due to its great and, above all, quiet location and the insanely great view from the huge terrace of the reservoir. You also have a great view from the living room thanks to the large window. So you can enjoy your meals in the flat with a view of the dam in any weather. The kitchen of the flat is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired for a holiday home. In good weather, the flat is a great starting point for hikes or a swim in the dam. In bad weather, you can spend your time in the flat or in the sauna without any problems.
All in all, it was a very nice and relaxing stay. We will be back!

stayed to our satisfaction!
We stayed here with our mother-in-law and our two (hypoallergenic) dogs for a week because we were looking for a quiet place for New Year's. We had a very pleasant contact with the landlord via email and also by phone and felt confident. (our oldest dog is very afraid of fireworks) The apartment is spacious enough and fully equipped. It is located in a quiet neighborhood along the Agger with a beautiful view of the water. We had a bit of bad luck with the weather (lots of rain, so didn't go for a long walk every day), but we had a great time! In the summer, you can even double your living space with a very large terrace.
tip: The bakery nearby (not within walking distance) has delicious rolls!

Beautiful holiday home
Especially when the weather doesn't cooperate, it is important for us to have a nice place to stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and decorations were very harmonious, everything to our liking. Very, very clean and well-maintained. The view of the lake from the apartment and terrace was fantastic. Voll zufrieden
Wir haben ein paar Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt ca. 7 km von Gummersbach entfernt und es gibt, wenn man mal nicht Auto fahren mag, eine Busverbindung. Man kann wunderbar wandern, was wir mit unserem Hund auch ausgiebig getan haben. Bei
gutem Wetter kann man die Terrasse und die tolle Aussicht genießen. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen.

Super Ferienwohnung
Die Unterkunft kann von Herzen weiter empfohlen werden. Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz und ist wunderschön gestaltet wie die übrige Wohnung auch. Die Besitzer der Ferienwohnung sind super nett, und stehen jederzeit für offene Fragen zur Verfügung. Insgesamt hat die Übergabe Problemlos geklappt und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben und man hat eine hervorragende Auswahl. Die Aussicht ist zudem auch wunderschön. Man kann die Wohnung also nur Empfehlen und sie würde 10 von 10 Punkten bekommen.

Traumhaus mit traumhaftem Blick
Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus nebenan, sind jederzeit ansprechbar und kümmern sich um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste.
Während unserer ersten drei Tage goss es ununterbrochen, sodass wir ständig im Haus waren und all seine Annehmlichkeiten kennenlernen konnten. Besonders gut gefiel uns der großzügige, moderne und lichtdurchflutete Wohnraum mit vielen liebevoll ausgesuchten Accessoires und nützlichen Dingen, die den Aufenthalt verschönern. Die sehr gut ausgestattete offene Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten sogar zwei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen! Besonders bemerkenswert fanden wir die vielen verschiedenen Lichtquellen in jedem Raum des Hauses, die abends zum Wohlfühlen beitragen.
Ab dem 4. Tag schaltete das Wetter auf sommerliche Temperaturen um, sodass wir auch die riesige Terrasse genießen konnten. Sie ist ein ganz besonderes Highlight in diesem Urlaubsdomizil!

We are 49 and 53 years old and live near the Ruhr area in the beautiful Oberberg district Since 8 years we own this holiday flat and in the last years with our two daughters we have had a lot of nice holidays in Liznjan. Croatia has become our 2nd home in that time and we have learned to love country & people. At the beginning of the year, we had a we bought a smaller apartment in the village and therefore offer the apartment "Weitblick" for holiday guests.
