The Villa Palmera is a very well maintained, comfortably furnished cottage.
The property is fenced all around, so that the Villa Palmera for young children and pets is very good.
The living area is on one level.
You will find a cozy, large living-dining area, equipped with pellet stove, international TV and a reading room in the lower part of the tower.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. This dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove with oven, microwave, coffee uua with a Senseo - coffee machine.
The bathroom was renovated in the beginning of 2014, this enlarged and redesigned, among others equipped with a walk-in shower. It is also a separate toilet with shower.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with 1 double bed under German Maßstandart. (An extra bed for points is possible). All windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.
The garden with beautiful palm trees is completely fenced.
For the normal, spacious covered terrace, which is accessible from the living area, there is additionally a separate sun terrace with cold u. Outdoor hot shower and even a roof terrace (solarium).
Garden table with chairs and loungers are plentiful.
Parking on the enclosed property.
A charcoal grill is available. A separate storage room with washing machine and additional fridge is available.
Heating (air u. Electric), a pellet stove, air conditioning, a safe, Internet> WLAN round off the offer.
New from the rental season 2014 is also:
You have the option, as the existing upper tower room with separate staircase, with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet has been newly equipped, in addition to rent another bedroom.
This provides with extra bed for max. 2 more people to sleep place.
Thus, the house is equipped with 3 bedrooms (max. 6 pers.)
This tower room is only rented out to holiday guests of Villa Palmera separately as necessary or desired.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in a great, quiet and peaceful residential area of ??Empuriabrava. There are approximately 1 km to the beach and about 200 meters from the nearest supermarket. Restaurants and bars are 200m away. It does not main road past the house. Empuriabrava is situated on the Costa Brava, at the foot of the Pyrenees, in the beautiful and also "wild" Bay of Roses.
The place is laterally delimited by the rivers Muga and Salins Rio. A nature reserve is located in close proximity. (Park Natural // Dels Aiquamolls)
You will find the largest marina in Europe with about 30 km. navigable waterways, which give the place a very special touch.
Many villas and fishermen's houses are built in the Spanish-Moorish style.
Empuriabrava has an excellent infrastructure.
Here you will find beautiful residential areas, a main street that invites you to stroll, supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, doctors, cafes, discos and many restaurants with Spanish and international cuisine.
The approximately 2 km. long and about 200 m. wide sandy beach, clean sea and the surrounding coves, suitable for children and adults to swim and linger.
Relaxation and fun are inevitable here.
See Empuriabrava also a sports airport, offered at the skydiving and paragliding.
A wind tunnel also invites an extraordinary experience.
Furthermore, here are all kinds of sports such as diving, snorkeling, sailing, jet skiing, water skiing, surfing, sky-surfing, canoeing, tennis, skydiving, go-karting, golf (including a pitch and putt 18 hole course available) miniature golf and much more offered.
For children include the Butterfly Park and the Aqua Park (Roses) at any time an experience.
Even for those who want to make hiking an experience here offer many options.

Super Ferienhaus
The holiday house is superbly equipped and located in a great area. It's only a few minutes to the beach. Shopping facilities, etc. are available in the immediate vicinity. The landlord is very nice and always helpful. We had the entire vacation to ourselves and were not disturbed. Everything was clean and of high quality. We would love to come back!

Very central location, good parking on enclosed property. The villa is very clean and well furnished. Everything is available for a relaxing holiday. Everything worked from booking to departure. Very nice landlady who takes care of even the smallest problem. The next holiday is already booked.
