Ground floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (1.80 wide x 2.00 long, 2 mattresses), air conditioning
2 bathrooms with shower
1 living-dining room with large dining table, 2- and 3-seater couch, SAT-TV, Wi-Fi

1 integrated kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment, coffee machine, various small appliances, and sufficient kitchen equipment

Air conditioning in all bedrooms

In front of the living room is a very large covered terrace that provides shade in summer

Upper floor: large double bed with 2 mattresses and a guest WC, air conditioning
Outdoor area:

very large outdoor shower (hot/cold)

separate room with washing machine and small freezer

separate refrigerator at the pool/covered terrace (must be cleaned by the tenants)

Location and surroundings of object

Location: The great house is very centrally located in a dead end. The beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In the bay of Roses, Costa Brava, Spain, at the foot of the Pyrenees, Empuriabrava, the largest marina in Europe with approximately 35 km of navigable water channels, right and left villas with private boat mooring right on the property. There is never any boredom in Empuriabrava !! The restaurant offer is international and rich.
From the Catalan cuisine to the local stove, everything is there and easy to find; as well as the shopping for daily but also special needs. The sports offer is also very rich, from skydiving to go-kart, from tennis to boat rentals.
When it is a little later, you can visit one of the cozy bodegas (span .: wine bar), or dance to party music in the disco.
If you are looking for romance or adventure, you have a great choice of places to visit or cultural events in the other places of the Costa Brava.

Cancellation terms:

Upon cancellation of the contract, the deposit (1/3 of the rental price) is forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 20 weeks before the start of the rental, the cancellation fee is 60%. 19-16 weeks before the start of the rental, the fee is 70%. 15-14 weeks before, it's 80%. Under 14 weeks before, it's 100%. The landlord is not obligated to look for replacement tenants; however, we will assist where possible.

We were very satisfied with everything. It was a great family vacation. (Just check the pool for water loss).
