The plot area is about 400 square meters, the living area about 110 square meters.
Within the completely enclosed property your car can be parked.

1 integrated kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, fridge with integrated freezer, coffee machine, various small appliances and sufficient kitchen equipment
Air conditioning between the bedrooms (can be booked if required)
In front of the living room is a very large covered and shady summer terrace
First floor: large double bed with 2 mattresses and a guest toilet

Location and surroundings of object
Location: The great house is very centrally located in a dead end. The beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In the bay of Roses, Costa Brava, Spain, at the foot of the Pyrenees, Empuriabrava, the largest marina in Europe with approximately 35 km of navigable water channels, right and left villas with private boat mooring right on the property. There is never any boredom in Empuriabrava !! The restaurant offer is international and rich.
From the Catalan cuisine to the local stove, everything is there and easy to find; as well as the shopping for daily but also special needs. The sports offer is also very rich, from skydiving to go-kart, from tennis to boat rentals.
When it is a little later, you can visit one of the cozy bodegas (span .: wine bar), or dance to party music in the disco.
If you are looking for romance or adventure, you have a great choice of places to visit or cultural events in the other places of the Costa Brava.

Alles sehr gut, sehr sauber, alles was man braucht um einen tollen Famielen Urlaub zu machen. Nur der Schwimmingpool müsste mal überprüft werden.( Wasserverlust).
