Our cozy and thoughtfully designed chalet delights with a magnificent view of Donnerkogl and Bischofsmütze and is located in the family-friendly ski area 'Dachstein-West'. The entrance to the slope is only 100 m away, which even children can easily manage.
Directly in front of the house, up to three parking spaces are available – convenient when you don’t want to carry your shopping far.
The ground floor is entered through the vestibule in the entrance area with ski storage and ski boot dryer. Helmet, ski goggles, and jacket have space in the cloakroom. In the shower bathroom with WC, there is a large 9 kg washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The modern kitchen offers every comfort in appliances, utensils, and dishes, including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, and convection oven with grill. At the large dining table, there is enough space for 10 people to eat and play. From the living room, you enter the balcony, which is furnished with a cozy seating area with a table, as well as a bench and a folding table. From the balcony, you can also access the stairs to the garden.
A cozy fire can be lit in the wood-burning stove. The large LED smart TV offers, in addition to the (HD) cable channels, the option to connect to Netflix or to play DVDs via the Blu-ray player. The spacious sleeping area in the attic is comfortably and safely reached via a staircase and offers a sleeping space with two double beds and its own LED Smart TV. Since the living area is separated by a glass door, the children can also quietly watch their own programs here and then sleep, while the adults continue to sit together comfortably.
On the lower floor there are 3 double bedrooms with spacious built-in wardrobes. From every room, you have a great view of the Donnerkogel through double doors and can access the garden through them.
The sauna can be operated as a bio-steam sauna or a Finnish sauna. Together with the relaxation room, it is also located in the basement. From the relaxation room, you can also access the garden to cool off after the sauna or to get into the whirlpool. In the outdoor area, a grill and a table with additional seating are available, as well as loungers for relaxing. In the 200 sqm fenced garden, children can play in the sandbox, splash around in the above-ground pool, and romp around freely in summer. In winter, our little guests enjoy building igloos or snowmen in the garden.

The modern cable car forms the entry point to the ski area, which, in contrast to some more prominent ski resorts, is not overcrowded and offers interesting slopes for the whole family at reasonable prices.
The location of the chalet allows for ski in / ski out – if you like, you can simply take a break "at home" at lunchtime and then return to the slopes refreshed and rested.

| The object can be booked by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Minimum stay is 7 nights. Maximum occupancy: 10 persons Prices are per night for the whole chalet plus the tourist tax of 2,00 € per day / person (from 15 years) and one of 300,00 €. Prices include bed linen, WLAN and all additional costs (electricity, water, heating). Please do not forget to bring your towels. On special request you can rent towels from us before the start of your trip. The towel set, consisting of 1 towel (50 x 100cm) and 1 bath towel (70 x 140cm) costs 10,00 € rental fee per person. |
