The modernly furnished holiday home "Anker" for up to 4 people is located in the holiday settlement Wohlenberger Wiek only 100m from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The settlement is quietly situated far away from the traffic and a restaurant, a café as well as a mini-market can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The semi-detached holiday home is located on a 450m² plot between Boltenhagen and Wismar, in a good location for a beautiful family holiday at the Baltic Sea
The holiday home with WiFi was extensively renovated and modernised at the beginning of 2020. The living space of this house is approx. 53 m² divided into 2 bedrooms with double bed, a kitchen with fitted kitchen incl. all appliances, a spacious living-dining area and a modern bathroom and shower.
The bedrooms each have a wardrobe for storing clothes and luggage. Curtains for darkening and insect screens on the windows ensure a restful sleep even in summer. The light-flooded living and dining area invites you to linger in comfort. Enjoy a meal together or relaxed game evenings at the spacious table, which can easily seat up to 4 people. The modern sofa set and a large LED TV guarantee cosy hours even in bad weather. The open-plan kitchen has all the household appliances you need on a daily basis and leaves nothing to be desired. A newly designed daylight bathroom with WC and washstand as well as a shower are available.
The house has a 15 m² terrace with an adjoining lawn for your exclusive use. The seating area of the terrace is equipped with high-quality seating furniture for 4 people. Sun loungers, a beach chair, a hammock and a barbecue are available here. Free parking spaces are located directly at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Leave the A20 motorway at the Wismar Mitte exit, turn left towards Wismar. Leave the roundabout at the 3rd exit in the direction of Grevesmühlen / Lübeck
After approx. 6.0 km you will reach the entrance to Gägelow. After 500m turn right at the crossroads towards Klütz. After 6.5 km turn right into a small road (there is no official signpost here, only cycle path to Beckerwitz Ausbau)
After another 0.6 km you will reach the bungalow settlement Wohlenberger Wiek.
The access road to the settlement is closed by a barrier to avoid unnecessary traffic in the settlement.

The Wohlenberger Wiek consists of a shallow water zone up to 200m wide with water depths up to about 1 metre. As a result, the water of the Baltic Sea warms up relatively quickly there in spring and summer and offers good bathing conditions, especially for children.

A relaxing vacation
A very nice and clean accommodation that we would recommend at any time. From the very first day, nothing was missing, and everything was just as shown in the pictures. Very nice landlords. We will definitely come back again.

Family vacation
We felt very comfortable. The house is lovingly decorated in a maritime style. There was no shortage of activities for children (board games, outdoor games,...). Despite the surrounding holiday homes, you had your privacy and peace. The landlord is a friendly guy ;). We would love to come back.

Baltic Sea vacation
Basically a pleasant accommodation, located on a campsite right by the Baltic Sea. Unfortunately, we did not receive any instructions on the local conditions, but the neighbors helped out. You also had to arrange parking with them, which should definitely be improved. It should also be known that the bathroom is very small. Nevertheless, a pleasant stay.

Modern furnished holiday house, right on the Baltic Sea
We were allowed to spend 2 beautiful weeks at the House Anker. We immediately felt welcome, with delicious wine, a bouquet of flowers, and a welcome greeting in the hallway. The house is very well equipped and modernly furnished. We share the garden with the House Leuchturm, but it was not a problem because each has their own seating area. We did a lot of cycling and can really recommend the beautiful cycle paths. The sunsets directly on the Baltic Sea beach, not even 2 minutes from the house, are also a must-see. Fantastic!! Warm greetings also to the parents from Silvia and Heinz from Osnabrück.
