Description

The modernly furnished holiday home "Anker" for up to 4 people is located in the holiday settlement Wohlenberger Wiek only 100m from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The settlement is quietly situated far away from the traffic and a restaurant, a café as well as a mini-market can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The semi-detached holiday home is located on a 450m² plot between Boltenhagen and Wismar, in a good location for a beautiful family holiday at the Baltic Sea
The holiday home with WiFi was extensively renovated and modernised at the beginning of 2020. The living space of this house is approx. 53 m² divided into 2 bedrooms with double bed, a kitchen with fitted kitchen incl. all appliances, a spacious living-dining area and a modern bathroom and shower.
The bedrooms each have a wardrobe for storing clothes and luggage. Curtains for darkening and insect screens on the windows ensure a restful sleep even in summer. The light-flooded living and dining area invites you to linger in comfort. Enjoy a meal together or relaxed game evenings at the spacious table, which can easily seat up to 4 people. The modern sofa set and a large LED TV guarantee cosy hours even in bad weather. The open-plan kitchen has all the household appliances you need on a daily basis and leaves nothing to be desired. A newly designed daylight bathroom with WC and washstand as well as a shower are available.
The house has a 15 m² terrace with an adjoining lawn for your exclusive use. The seating area of the terrace is equipped with high-quality seating furniture for 4 people. Sun loungers, a beach chair, a hammock and a barbecue are available here. Free parking spaces are located directly at the house.

Location and surroundings of object

Leave the A20 motorway at the Wismar Mitte exit, turn left towards Wismar. Leave the roundabout at the 3rd exit in the direction of Grevesmühlen / Lübeck

After approx. 6.0 km you will reach the entrance to Gägelow. After 500m turn right at the crossroads towards Klütz. After 6.5 km turn right into a small road (there is no official signpost here, only cycle path to Beckerwitz Ausbau)

After another 0.6 km you will reach the bungalow settlement Wohlenberger Wiek.
The access road to the settlement is closed by a barrier to avoid unnecessary traffic in the settlement.

The Wohlenberger Wiek consists of a shallow water zone up to 200m wide with water depths up to about 1 metre. As a result, the water of the Baltic Sea warms up relatively quickly there in spring and summer and offers good bathing conditions, especially for children.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is beautiful. There is a television in every room. The rooms are clean and everything is well-maintained. You feel very comfortable right away. Everything is nicely arranged. There was also a welcome gift for everyone. The terrace invites you to dream. The path to the beach is very short. There is a wagon available, which is really great. The neighbors are super nice people. You get along very well right away. They are very friendly and ALWAYS helpful. They also really like children. I can really only recommend the vacation apartment.

A very nice vacation

It was a great vacation. We really liked it. The furnishings were very tastefully decorated and clean. We lacked for nothing. We were also received very kindly. The way to the beach was just a few minutes away. There were many beautiful sights to visit in the area. The beautiful cities of Wismar and Schwerin are only a few kilometers away. And they are worth a trip. This house is definitely highly recommended.

Family vacation

We felt very comfortable. The house is lovingly decorated in a maritime style. There was no shortage of activities for children (board games, outdoor games,...). Despite the surrounding holiday homes, you had your privacy and peace. The landlord is a friendly guy ;). We would love to come back.

Baltic Sea vacation

Basically a pleasant accommodation, located on a campsite right by the Baltic Sea. Unfortunately, we did not receive any instructions on the local conditions, but the neighbors helped out. You also had to arrange parking with them, which should definitely be improved. It should also be known that the bathroom is very small. Nevertheless, a pleasant stay.

Modern furnished holiday house, right on the Baltic Sea

We were allowed to spend 2 beautiful weeks at the House Anker. We immediately felt welcome, with delicious wine, a bouquet of flowers, and a welcome greeting in the hallway. The house is very well equipped and modernly furnished. We share the garden with the House Leuchturm, but it was not a problem because each has their own seating area. We did a lot of cycling and can really recommend the beautiful cycle paths. The sunsets directly on the Baltic Sea beach, not even 2 minutes from the house, are also a must-see. Fantastic!! Warm greetings also to the parents from Silvia and Heinz from Osnabrück.

Break on the Baltic Sea

A warm personal welcome... was also written on the letter board in the entrance area :)
Flowers and wine... you hardly get them anymore for buying a new car...
We immediately felt comfortable in the beautiful little holiday home and quickly lost track of time!
Pure relaxation, arrived in a tasteful ambience very close to the Baltic Sea.
The equipment of the house left nothing to be desired and the proximity to the beach was fantastic!
Arrive, switch off and enjoy!!!
We definitely recommend 100 percent and will definitely come back!!!

Beautiful holiday home

The holiday home is well equipped and there is plenty of space both inside and outside. The natural beach is not for everyone, but it is not crowded and there are a few shady spots. My daughter loved the hammock and I liked that there was an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Kitchen was very well equipped, there is even air conditioning and a washing machine. If you want a quiet holiday, the holiday home is highly recommended.

Longing for the sea

First of all, thank you for two wonderful weeks of holiday. the sign in the hallway said "Welcome" and that's what we were. Everything is available in the holiday home, from the shoehorn to the torch and the fully automatic coffee machine. The furnishings are new, in a maritime style, just to feel good. The holiday home is quietly located in a small settlement and close to the Baltic Sea. It is worth watching the sunset in the evening. There are cycle paths in all directions, which we used a lot. The sauna barrel is definitely worth mentioning. It is also well equipped with LED lights, loudspeakers, a special infusion pot and an outdoor shower. Many thanks

Everything as described

Everything is as described.Since this year there is also a garage with electrical connection for the bikes available.Friendly landlords.The only downer ,the visit to the interior of a restaurant was not possible for us without being vaccinated or a fresh negative test.So we have done without it and every day the barbecue thrown on.The holiday fund has's happy ?

Relaxing vacation

The house Anker is furnished with a lot of love and taste, there is really nothing missing. We spent two very nice weeks there. The children felt very comfortable in the garden. We spent the evenings comfortably under our canopy. You are at the beautiful Baltic Sea with natural beach in two minutes. Perfect for children who can play in the water without any problems because it is very shallow. We went on many bike tours, thanks to the numerous cycling paths you can easily get everywhere. We were completely satisfied with everything and thank the hosts Rayk and Kati.

Relaxation vacation

The holiday home is well located, about 100 meters from the Baltic Sea. It is very well equipped, leaving nothing to be desired. Everything one could need is also available. In the evenings, one can peacefully end the day on the property or in the private sauna. Nearby, there is an Italian restaurant and a small shop with daily necessities. Otherwise, one can explore a lot with the car or bicycle.

IT LACKS NOTHING.

We spent a wonderful week DIRECTLY at the BALTIC SEA. In the bungalow park/campground, there is a supermarket where you can get fresh bread in the morning. We were able to do many bike tours, Wismar 20 km and Boltenhagen 15 km. With beach walks in the evening and watching the sunset on the premises, we could enjoy wonderful vacation days here.
