Your living room is fully equipped with a TV for a relaxing afternoon on the couch or a cosy evening. You will find wireless highspeed internet as well as several cable TV channels for your choice free of charge.
You will find plenty of beach towels, bath towels and other inventory. You will want for nothing.
Kitchen / bathroom:
In your spacious open white bright kitchen you will want for nothing. Everything is at your disposal, from dishwasher to cooker with integrated oven as well as a side by side refrigerator that automatically produces ice cubes for you. Without any effort, you have ice cubes at your disposal whenever you want thanks to the direct water connection. You just hold your glass underneath and enjoy your cocktail, fruit juice or a cool Coca Cola.
There is enough crockery and cutlery to serve several guests, whether in your individual dining area or at the cosy Wicker Rattaen outdoor dining table on the terrace by candlelight.

Your guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination and is located between the two guest bedrooms in the guest wing on the other side of the villa. This layout is ideal if you are travelling with a couple of friends and each want to have their own separate area.

The villa has 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed.
It also has its own TV with cable connection and impresses with its extremely generous view of the pool and tropical garden. Your master bedroom has its own access to the pool area.
Guest room 1 has a king size bed in a bright white Coastal Beach style
Guest room 2 has 2 twin size beds
Outdoor Terrace:
In your spacious outdoor area (terrace and additional pool deck) , pool loungers as well as dining furniture are available.
The outdoor dining area has a bright modern table with seating for 6 people.
Here you can spend a leisurely day by the pool reading a book, lying in the sun or simply enjoying a cosy evening with friends.
The pool is large and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool both in summer on hot days and in winter on warm days.

Cancellation terms:
- If the renter cannot keep the appointment he shall disclose this as soon as possible in writing, delivered as an email or letter. No verbal communications will count as the disclosing of such. Upon cancellation the following fees will apply: From execution day until 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of the rental price 59 to 31 days prior to arrival: 80% of the rental price 30 to 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of the rental price
